coveted 1 million dollars of MRR mark.<br />

As we approach the 100-partner mark, we are serving over 300 businesses with offices in 4 separate<br />
markets. It truly feels like we have begun to crack the code on scalable growth.<br />
Our success can be attributed to doing 4 things well.<br />
Customer Experience.<br />
We now have the highest customer satisfaction ratings amongst both our peers<br />
and competitors. We achieved this by missing less than ½ of 1% of all SLAs and by<br />
continuing to invest in tools that were designed to make it easier and more fun for<br />
customers to do business with us. Our customers are now raving fans of <strong>Paragus</strong>, as<br />
evidenced by the steady stream of referrals we receive.<br />
Partner Experience.<br />
With an ESOP stock price north of $20/share, salaries that remain competitive in the<br />
market, and a total compensation and benefits package that rivals everyone else’s<br />
– we make sure our partners are rewarded for their hard work and contributions.<br />
Furthermore, our overhauled career ladder program and commitment to professional<br />
development sees partners leveling up on a consistent basis and fueling our growth<br />
through internal promotion. In turn, our partners take care of <strong>Paragus</strong> – spending<br />
5-10% of their time on Giving Back initiatives like the IT Committee, non-profit<br />
committee, SME Program, Industry VP Program, and more.
Financial Health.<br />
<strong>Paragus</strong> broke through the 15-million-dollar ceiling and now has its sights on<br />
achieving 20 million. Better yet though, we are on track to generate 3 million in<br />
NOI this year alone. Our financial success is mostly attributed to hard work and<br />
a lot of deliberate effort, however, along the way, we also stumbled upon some<br />
very helpful and innovative ideas. For example, 80% of our clients are now at<br />
least partially enrolled in our automatic hardware replacement schedule and<br />
more than 50% of our projects are flat fee, value-based pricing.<br />
Making IT Fun.<br />
As we have grown, we have not forgotten that fun is an important part of what<br />
makes <strong>Paragus</strong> so special. From epic End of the <strong>Year</strong> Parties and Fall Retreats<br />
to a unique annual community event in each of our markets, <strong>Paragus</strong> knows<br />
how to have fun. Even <strong>Paragus</strong> Day lives on as an event that each office gets to<br />
celebrate once every 3 years. And while each office is unique, we are still all<br />
part of one <strong>Paragus</strong> – sharing gratitude events, Partner Lunches, Partner Games,<br />
Owner’s Meetings, and more.<br />
As we look back on our success over the last 3 years, we are immensely proud of what we<br />
achieved. We are now considered one of the top MSPs in the country and we have won just<br />
about every award we qualify for. It wasn’t always easy, and it required a lot of hard work, but<br />
true to the <strong>Paragus</strong> spirit, we overcame every obstacle we faced.<br />
Now we look toward the future, eager to start<br />
our next chapter in our story.
