Bob & Rhonda Best Luiz & Paula Lameiras Gary & Darlene Hibbert
With over 30 years of collective real estate expertise
in the Greater Toronto Area, Bob and Rhonda stand
as seasoned leaders in their field. Their journey
has seen them spearheading successful real
estate endeavors and assuming pivotal leadership
roles across various brokerages. Fuelled by their
passion, they embarked on a mission to empower
others through Our Neighbourhood Realty, a
platform they envisioned. Dedicated to both family
and community, Bob and Rhonda have actively
contributed to numerous boards and sponsored
teams, epitomizing their commitment to ‘Our
Neighbourhood’. Their spirit of abundance and
gratitude shines through in all they do. Partnering
with lifelong friends Luiz & Paula, they embark on an
exciting chapter, poised to redefine the landscape
of real estate through the Journey of Blue.
Luiz and Paula Lameiras, natives of Johannesburg,
South Africa, relocated to Canada in 1994 with their
young daughter, eventually settling in Courtice.
Luiz has been self-employed since his early 20s,
with experience in manufacturing, hospitality, and
a background in Architectural Design and Building
Construction. Alongside his passion for real estate,
Luiz shares a love for high-performance cars. Both
Luiz and Paula enjoy travel, culinary experiences,
and cherish time with family and friends. Their
philanthropic efforts extend from supporting
mission work in Africa to sponsoring local
community events and scholarships, reflecting their
deep-rooted belief in the importance of community.
Partnering with longtime friends Bob and Rhonda
in “Our Neighbourhood Realty” marks an eagerly
anticipated new chapter for them.
Gary and Darlene Hibbert have been partners for
over 20 years. They worked at financial institutions
through most of their early career years. Wanting
wealth and freedom in their lives, and through
a change in mindset, paired with perseverance,
they transitioned into Real Estate Investors. They
purchased their first investment property in 2008,
and through this process, realized that there was
an opportunity to create an enterprise that could
encompass all aspects of Real Estate Investing.
From mortgage brokers to home inspectors,
lawyers to accountants, they have built a Real Estate
education company with a strong focus on business
partnerships. Helping every day individuals build
their own Real Estate Portfolios by teaching them,
through mindset, anything is possible. To further
educate people, Gary has started a podcast series,
“Real Talk With Gary”, hosting different experts monthly.
