Type 2000 in various sizes
The 1.10 m and 1.50 m wide basic
elements of the 2000 Series can be
joined together to form any width
required. The folding support frame
allows filters to be changed easily
and quickly. It also ensures that the
filter mat (multi-layer paper filter)
is held securely in place.
Basic version: spray wall without
lower frame. Optional: lower frames
in the sizes required.
Compressed air fittings
All of the adhesive spraying systems shown here
require filtered compressed air.

Spray gun specially for adhesives
Delivery includes:
Manual spray gun PILOT III K
with plastic gravity-feed cup
450 cc, rotary nozzle
diameter 1.5 mm and
air cap. Further air cap / nozzle
systems are available on request.
This manual spray gun can easily be
converted. Simply seal the cup connection
and remove the stopper for the lower
connection. You can now spray adhesive
from pressure tanks or pumps – without
buying a new spray gun.
Pressure tank for use with 30-litre drums
Basic version. Delivery includes:
● Manual spray gun PILOT III K (for adhesives) with
connection to pressure tanks, nozzle diameter
1.5 mm and air cap.
● Material pressure tank MDG 45, galvanised version, incl.
fittings, pipe to material outlet in stainless steel, designed
for a max. pressure of 6 bar. For connection of a spray gun,
the compressed air inlet fitting is equipped with an additional
compressed air reduction valve.
● Hose set for compressed air and material including all
connection fittings.
Extended version.
Delivery includes:
as above, but with an additional
spray gun PILOT III K for a further
workplace as well as an additional
compressed air reduction valve.
PILOT
Pressure tanks offer decisive
advantages in transferring the
adhesive to the spray gun:
● Secure storage of the material
● Pulsation-free transfer
● No hardening
● No skin formation of the surface
Important:
Do not pour the adhesive directly
into the pressure tank. Place the
drum containing the adhesive
in the pressure tank.
This avoids time-consuming
tank cleaning.
For 10-litre or 15-litre
cans, we recommend
the pressure tank
MDG 22.
Pump for use with 200-litre barrels
Basic version.
Delivery includes:
● Spray gun PILOT III K, version for
connection to pumps or tanks, rotary
nozzle, diameter 1.5 mm, and air cap
● “Vesir” barrel pump for 200-litre bung
hole barrel with fitted compressed air
reduction valve
● Hose set for compressed air and material
including all connection fittings.
Extended version.
Delivery includes:
as above, but with an additional
spray gun PILOT III K for a
further workplace as well
