Dear Alexis Jay and all included,
I’m the journalist that has been harassed by MI5 MI6 and local criminal ‘operatives’ as per current Parliamentary
Covert Human Intelligence Sources (CHIS) bill debate. Except I, my mother, father & brother have been victims of
this from the late 60’s. I enclose letters sent to you and others dated 18 June 2018 & 25 February 2019 hoping light
could be shed and I could have been included in the Westminster section of the IICSA and my freedom reinstated.
At the time I wrote I was only discovering what has gone on and unfortunately as my case was ignored/hidden the
situation became extreme; by early August 2018, after confirming to my local GP practice I’d return to the PHSO,
when I was assaulted as I walked back into my flat [my medical records went ‘missing’ 1998, NHS blood tests then
doctored off-on from 2001, thyroid, low WBC, immune conditions covered up] I was officially declared ‘delusional’
after 2 police, 2 social workers and 3 psychiatrists turned up to bully.
Their 1 st Q was “Do you think your local GP practice are doctoring your blood tests?” [I could prove they were, had
been scanning that proof on my hacked PC]. The stock Q regarding this medical tampering has been, “Why would
the NHS do this?” and as I am the only who has experienced entrapment, stalking, surveillance I have to explain
events. The reply is always, “This would never happen in the UK” - as lawyers representing Spy Cops victims
explained to Sir Mitting in UCPI Nov 2020 - were told when they started to realise they were under surveillance,
their partners spies [also happened to me]. When I explained to the group who turned up to bully my aged mum & I
Aug 2018 the persecution in the family seems to link back to Sir Peter Hayman & PIE peers, the group left the flat to
‘discuss’, came back in and abruptly declared, “You’re not bad enough to be sectioned, but you are delusional”.
My local GP practice now had the perfect, illegal, ‘defence’ prior to another PHSO appeal [delayed, then corrupted
August 2019] that also suited those involved in child sex abuse, as I will set out again, below.
*PLEASE read enclosed letters 18 June 2018 and 25 February 2019 again for the background and my 3p Summary for
the mental health Tribunal of 30 July 2020.
My aged mum’s NHS care was also undermined, I believe expedited her death 5 May 2020. After delivering letters to
my the local Eastbourne DG on 10 October 2020 I was assaulted again by another neighbour; this time spat on and a
cigarette thrown at me. Both assaults were reported to Sussex Police but no action ever taken – nor harassment
by/reported to West Mercia Police, the Met – so the ‘orders’ to harass, hack, undermine and deny all my human
rights are coming from the Home Office/above. I think it’s possible Boris Johnson could have signed RIPA’s for my
previous MP Mark Pritchard when Mayor and many of my appeals being corrupted coincide with Johnson becoming
Foreign Minister, then PM. Pritchard was chosen by Johnson to sit on his Intelligence Services Committee July 2020
although Pritchard had been thrown off the previous one for conflict of interest 2014.
16 July 2020, days after I’d received a second reference from a doctor I have never been ‘mentally ill’ [on my hacked
PC] a group of social workers, psychiatrists and police turned up again to bully and torture. I had told my GP practice
I was about to return to the PHSO again [why I had got the 2 new references]. 16 July 2020 was also the same the
day GOV. announced the Russia Report was finally to be published on 21 July 2020, when at 5pm 9 people turned up
[none with PPE, I have an immune condition and was shielding, all the more important as my blood tests are
doctored] and I was dragged from my home and illegally sectioned.
Stuck in the Eastbourne DG ‘mental health’ assessment centre I called my MP Caroline Ansell, Healthwatch [got a
POhWER advocate who was horrified to witness the gaslighting and bullying] and solicitor, but he also subtly
undermined. Only the day before my Tribunal was I permitted to meet the Ward Manager Jackie Lake [without my
solicitor and POhWER advocate, no nurse/3 rd party witness present]. She told me she had told the doctors & nurses
it wasn’t impossible MI5 MI6 are hacking me, then threatened “Your Tribunal has come up fast, what are you going
to do about your information?” I said, “Do you mean the child sex abuse?”. She nodded. Then, “Are you in touch
with other journalists? Are they digging? Don’t be upset if your Tribunal fails. We need more time to ‘assess’ you.”

Hours after that meeting I was harassed by a new patient [Russian] who’d been moved into the room next to me. I
had been put in a room at the end of the unit and the day I arrived, my room & two others were being cut off from
the rest of the unit by double doors. So when the Russian patient harassed me, no one helped and no one had told
me there were emergency buttons. It was definitely an attempt to provoke me before my Tribunal, but failed as I
was aware of this tactic having experienced constant harassment from March 2014 just before IICSA announced.
My Tribunal did ‘fail’ – of c. 10 pieces of evidence, 4 ‘did not arrive’ with the Tribunal including the 2 new references
confirming I’m not and never have been ‘mentally ill’. The Tribunal was aborted and the nurse attending the [Zoom]
Tribunal with me quickly asked me again to have a blood test. I refused as I knew it would be doctored and was
prepared to stay in as long as it took to have a Tribunal and clear my name.
The same day I was sectioned the Russia Report scandal hit, the MI6 scandal [officers had tried to interfere with the
Investigatory Powers Tribunal legal case allowing Intel services to commit crime] as well as the SAS scandal Ben
Wallace was covering up. By Monday 3 August 2020, once those scandals were ‘over’, I was released but now with
extreme defamatory notes claiming I’m ‘delusional’ ‘psychotic’ etc.
End October 2020 I joined a WB-UK Zoom conference about use of the Official Secrets Act with whistle-blowers that
Baroness Kramer chaired; WB-UK knew I was to join and Baroness Kramer quickly said before the conference
started, ‘child sex abuse is no justification for using the OSA’. My microphone didn’t work, so I asked, typing in the
chat box how I could get my human rights whilst a victim of misuse of RIPA, hacked. At that point Sir Gerald Howarth
joined and apologised he’d not registered for the meeting. He then claimed it was for the State to ‘protect itself’ and
that ‘we are OK’ because the new Chair of the Joint Intelligence Services Select Committee Chair Julian Lewis, was
‘his friend’. I texted into the chat box, asking Howarth, as Lewis was ‘his friend’ could ‘his friend’ fix it for me to get
my human rights back. Soon after I Googled Lewis and found he’d covered up Dolphin Square child sex abuse, then
emailed WB-UK, the **Investigatory Powers Tribunal and others; by 27 Nov 2020 I received another email from the
IPT asking for the refence numbers of my corrupted appeals of 2015 & 2018/ to apply again BUT as the hacking and
RIPA continues this would be currently futile. c. Nov 2020 we learned in the closed IICSA Greville Janner case he
abused underage boys at Dolphin Square. So it’s not ‘myth’ it’s fact. It is fact that Ken Clarke invited underage boys
to Dolphin Square 1994 [I was also blacklisted 1992-1994] when he abused Ben Fellows.
I have also seen that the Forde Park pedophile notes have been locked up for 100 years, as happened August 2019
exactly when my PHSO appeal was corrupted again, as explained above. I have also explained that my brother in
laws house – and bedroom – overlooked Forde Park. My sister & he bought their house there c. 1983 [he worked at
a local boys prep]. Steven moved away up to Telford to work as a live-in house master at a boys prep in Albrighton c.
1998-1999 as Operation Lentisk started. It was Steven who started the smear campaign against me with my sister
2010, by Feb 2014 claiming me to be ‘bi polar’, by March 2014 West Mercia Police introduced former WMercia
detective Philip Pledger to ‘befriend’ my aged mum – who threatened us both. By 2015 I discovered Pledger’s house
overlooked the local infant and junior school, and knew my brother in law who by this point, his bedroom
overlooked the back entrance of an elderly man who was having 6 year old boys to stay the night. That man [Paul
Robertshaw] seemed protected by local thugs who stood guard of the front entrance to his home day and night.
From 2010 I’ve been isolated from all relationships – my brother was back in touch after mum died and supportive
as he had been April 2014 prior to the Pledger threat. By mid Sept he suddenly stopped calling and days before when
someone turned up at his flat told me, “Nothing can stop me talking to my sister”. At the same time the one friend
‘permitted’ to stay in touch from 2014, who’d been calling to support me after mum died, said her retired Met Police
partner had told her not to call me.
Last October when walking back from the post office, I stopped to talk to locals and an undercover officer ran to
‘intercept’ the conversation and stop it. I think this has been connected the Geville Janner case & the fact that
underage boys were indeed abused there - as well we the issues in Albrighton still allowed to continue and Telford
Hangings cover up…plus the Peter Ball issues connected to Prince Charles.
I continue living a life of torture, basically held captive at home or years, stalked and harassed, not permitted to
work, have relationships nor medical care whilst the death threats, break ins and threats continue; last week a
typical spook call, “We’ve got your wheelchair.” I hope the RIPA & related Mi5 CHIS operative harassment campaign
be stopped and those accountable for this sadistic misuse of power be held accountable.
