Fatima, the gorgeous founder of
Cupcake Factory Lagos and
daughter of Africa richest businessman,
Aliko Dangote, is definitely in her best
moments.
The mother of one who tied the knot
with her boo, Jamil Abubakar, the pilot
son of former Inspector general of
Police, M.D. Abubakar, in an 8-part
wedding ceremony, is celebrating her
third wedding anniversary despite the
crisis of her hubby’s love child which
initially rocked their union.
Their wedding was a grand display of
tradition and love.
The festivities kicked off in
Kaduna where the mother of the
bride hosted ‘mother’s dinner’.
The next stop was the Kamu
ceremony in Kano which was a
colourful display of culture.
President Muhammadu Buhari
who served as the bride’s Guardian
according to tradition led the
wedding Fatiha in Kano which had
dignitaries from across the
country in attendance.
The Lagos part had in
attendance people from different
walks of life including the world
richest man, Bill Gates.

the Faculty of Engineering building
worth N2billion at Augustine University’s
Fundraising and Founders’ Day event
held at Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos.
He has made huge donations to the
Michael Otedola University Scholarship
Scheme which was established in 1985
by his late father, Sir Michael Otedola,
to give underprivileged students in Lagos
State access to higher education.
Since its inception, the scheme has
benefited more than 1,000 students. He
once donated N100million to the Otedola
College of Primary Education in Noforija,
Epe, while, in 2008, he donated
N80million to the Faculty of Agriculture
at the University of Port Harcourt.
