TO THE HOOP!<br />
The frantic 7 week sprint <strong>of</strong> winter sports<br />
regular season has wrapped up, and it will<br />
definitely be a memorable one. During<br />
the regular season alone, our staff covered<br />
over 100 basketball games, in addition<br />
to bowling, gymnastics, wrestling, swim,<br />
cheer, and dance. We saw <strong>of</strong>ficials, media,<br />
athletic directors, and coaches working<br />
6 nights a week helping to make it all<br />
happen. We are incredibly grateful to the<br />
adults that helped this season happen, and<br />
to the student athletes that gave their all<br />
at competitions, while negotiating their<br />
studies between home and school. While<br />
there were many highs this season, we<br />
also witnessed the heartbreak <strong>of</strong> seasons<br />
ending early due to COVID precautions.<br />
We know it wasn’t perfect, but thankful for<br />
what it was. A major thank you goes out to<br />
all <strong>of</strong> our advertisers that allow us to bring<br />
you this publication each month. PLEASE<br />
