Cricket for Kids<br />
The English Cricket Board return this summer with their<br />
popular cricket programmes for kids.<br />
5 to 8-year-olds can play in the All <strong>St</strong>ars Cricket<br />
programme, which is described as ‘An activity and gamebased<br />
programme that is suitable for all skill levels,<br />
providing your child with the foundations to begin a<br />
lifelong love of physical activity and cricket, while making<br />
friends in a safe and enjoyable environment’.<br />
Meanwhile, 8 to 11-year-olds can play in the Dynamos<br />
Cricket programme. This programme is described by the<br />
ECB as ‘providing boys and girls from 8-11 years old with<br />
6+ sessions of non-stop fun. Each week there will be a<br />
focus on a different cricket skill to build their confidence<br />
and ability, before they take part in a 60-ball countdown<br />
cricket match’.<br />
