We are pleased and proud to present to you our new 2021 collection – with many upgrades 

and new products. 

As usual you find a lot of new cool textile styles – many of them produced from polyester, 

recycled from plastic bottles. The power range of rackets has been renewed and made 

into two new series. You will also find a totally rejuvenated and improved shoe range and 

three new bag series. All in all, a collection that we believe will be the perfect one, to help 

the badminton community get back on track after a turbulent period with covid-19. 

Besides using recycled polyester, we are also working on other projects to be more 

environmentally friendly and focus more on the health of our planet. You will see some 

products have changed packaging and you will of already noticed that this catalogue has 

changed it’s look and is now printed on recycled paper. We firmly believe and hope that 

you will agree with us, that this is the right way forward.

Recycled polyester 

Play badminton with a green mind set. Most of the new FZ FORZA collection is made of polyester which is, recycled from plastic 

bottles. With this step we want to start to take our part of the responsibility for our planet. 

So in this new collection all club shirts, shorts/skirts and most of the Limited, Exclusive and Collab collections are made of 100% 

recycled polyester. We hope you will choose your next FZ FORZA product with this in mind and help us help the environment. 

The process of making this recycled polyester is described below. 

PET bottles are

On average 1 shirt uses around 25 bottles and 1 pair of shorts or a skirt uses around 15 bottles, meaning that if you have both 

you basically go on court wearing 40 plastic bottles! 

All styles that are made of recycled 

polyester will be marked in the 

catalogue with this icon. 

The product itself will have an extra 

hangtag in front of the normal one. 

Packaging 

From 2021 FZ FORZA has also started looking at packaging 

etc, to make sure we optimize our packaging to become more 

environmentally friendly where possible. 

As you can see reading this catalogue we have also changed 

this to be printed on recycled paper.

ANTISTATIC 

When moving around you create static electricity, but 

our fabrics prevent the garments from sticking to your 

body. To avoid your garments from being static, please 

do not tumble dry. 

STRETCHABLE 

Most fabric is stretchable either by knitting or due to 

added elastane. We make sure that the style has just 

the right stretch in order for the style to both fit the body 

and give comfort. 

ANTI-PILLING 

Our garments are made in fabrics either constructed to 

avoid anti-pilling or fabrics that are given an anti-pilling 

treatment. Even after washing several times, the surface 

will still look good. 

ANTI SHRINK 

All garments have been preshrunk to avoid size 

changing. Follow the care label and your FZ FORZA 

clothes should be your favorite badminton clothing for 

years. 

DRYFORZE 

DryForze keeps you comfortable during the game! With 

the unique DryForze treatment, we ensure maximum 

comfort. DryForze makes the fabric perspiration 

transporting, quick drying and super pleasant to wear, 

and the DryForze capabilities wilI stay with your clothes 

for much longer than similar technologies. Fabric treated

How to choose the right size 

If your body measurements for chest and waist do not correspond 

with the same size, then choose the size which is closest to your chest 

measurement. If your are in between to sizes, then choose the smallest 

size for a tight fit or the bigger size for a loose fit.

F-ZONE 

Our F-Zone Grip ensures excellent grip on the court which 

supports the slip resistance. F-Zone Grip consists of various 

patterns that support a variety of movements in badminton, 

so the grip on the court is optimal in all game situations. We 

only use rubber of the highest quality for our soles to ensure 

an extremely wear resistant outsole. 

DRYLEX 

Consists of special mesh layers and holes in the shoe that 

provides excellent breathability for the feet. Drylex helps 

transporting moisture away from your feet to keep them dry 

and comfortable. 

FZORB 

FZorb is a fantastic material for shock absorption. By molding 

the FZorb into the heel-area of the sole, it decreases 

the force of the many hard shocks that player’s feet are exposed 

to during the game, as well as providing increased 

comfort for the player. 

+ Is FZorb molded into the forefoot area of the sole, to provide 

greater shock absorption, particularly when jumping 

and sidestepping. In addition, FZorb+ enhances the comfort 

compared to FZorb. 

++ For better shock absorption FZorb++ is the right choice. 

These shoes are provided with a hole under the heel, making 

room for an increased deformation of the material which 

increases the shock absorption. 

ASE 

By inserting this light weight TPU piece under the arch 

creates both a lighter and stronger shoe but also more 

stable. ASE supports the arch and helps prevent pronation 

and torsion in the shoe for increased functionality and 

comfort. 

+By extending the ASE, the FZClaw appears on the 

lateral side of the forefoot. FZClaw significantly enhances 

the lateral stability of the foot and provides the shoe extra 

durability during intense and rapid transfer of direction. 

TUCK BOARD 

Our Tuck Board increases the shoe’s torsional flexibility. 

Torsional flexibility supports the foot’s natural movement 

and allows the foot to move faster. Our Carbon Tuck Board 

is made of three-dimensional carbon fiber sheets that 

support the torsional movement and reduce stress on the 

arch tendon. 

LAT 

The lateral stability technology enhances the durability of the 

shoe and the lateral stability of the forefoot during intense 

and rapid transfer of direction. Lateral stability is important 

in a badminton shoe when moving quickly around on court 

from side to side. 

X-TECH 

The ankle is exposed to twisting with the many sideways 

motions in badminton. A twist in the ankle is one of the most 

common injuries in badminton, but with the evolutionary FZ 

FORZA X-Technology the stability of the ankle is increased 

which prevents/reduces the twisting of the ankle. 

DURA-COAT 

Our high-tech microfiber PU treated with a thin coating. The 

combination of Dura-coat gives the shoe extreme durability 

and a unique abrasion resistance. Dura-coat is applied on 

areas where the shoe is most exposed for abrasion.

Kevlar® is a very advanced material which combines great 

strength with light weight. The material is elastic and yet 5 times 

stronger than steel. Therefore Kevlar® has a lot of uses and is 

used for bulletproof vests among other things. When FZ FORZA 

uses Kevlar® in combination with graphite in the rackets we can 

make light and extremely strong rackets with a lot of power. Kevlar® 

helps absorb the shock at impact, making the racket feel 

soft and comfortable which lets you generate more power. 

The slim frame is 12-18% thinner than conventional rackets. We achieve 

this by combining superior high grade materials and resins with our 

proprietary production methods to achieve a slimmer racket frame that 

moves faster through the air, without sacrificing power or torsion. 

Our air flow frame reduces drag and air resistance during your stroke, 

enabling you to deliver more power and precision. Furthermore the more 

rigid T-joint construction offers a much more stable frame with almost no 

torsion, allowing you to put the shuttle exactly where you want it. 

Titanium is a very light and rigid material which is used to build space 

shuttles among other things. The combination of graphite and titanium 

increases the racket’s durability and gives the racket increased control. 

As we continue to improve our rackets and strive towards creating the 

best racket in the world, we continually research and develop new materials 

and ideas to take our rackets to the next level. Carbon Nano 

Tubes (CNT) is based on extraordinary small scale advancements in the 

material construction. Thanks to our cooperation with Aalborg University 

in Denmark, FZ FORZA is able to introduce world-class rackets 

manufactured using polymer composite materials modified by Multi-Wall 

Carbon Nano Tubes (MWCNT). Thanks to the MWCNT technology 

your FZ FORZA racket has improved durability in comparison with 

conventional rackets. The polymer resin that binds the carbon fibers 

together will ensure toughness and damage tolerance. 

The slightly oversized frame helps increase the sweet spot for easier 

shot-making and increased fun while playing. The racket is still light and 

the special shape of the oversize head means that you will still be able to 

generate lots of power. The future of oversize rackets has started here. 

Combining the benefits of the hexa and octagon shape, this innovative
