There is increasing adoption of
advanced technological solutions
underway by healthcare providers.
Team members, as well as patients and
families, expect their providers to offer
them the latest in-service offerings.
When that is coupled with operational,
logistical and fiscal headwinds, which
are ever-present, a service provider
must adapt and, in this case, adopt.
In your opinion, what could be the
future of the home care services
sector post the pandemic? And how
are you strategizing your company’s
operations for that future?
Our mission has always been a holistic,
interdisciplinary approach to delivering
the highest quality, lowest cost care in
the ideal setting for patients and
families. It is easy to see why we are a
progressive leader in delivering

hospice, palliative medicine, home

pharmacy services designed to improve

As an established leader, what would
be your advice to the budding
entrepreneurs and enthusiasts
aspiring to venture into the home
care services sector?
My advice can be categorized into two
main points. First, your value
proposition. It is important to define
who you are going to be as an
organization and why it is of use and
need.
Secondly, you need to have the
realization that healthcare is evolving
from a purely transactional business to
