CLERK POSITION
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to
perform a variety of accounting tasks. This is
an entry level position which may extend into
more duties. Under the direction of the Controller,
the right candidate will be responsible
for but not limited to:
• Processing daily cash and post payment
invoices
• Perform Accounts Payable transactions
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable transactions
• Data entry
• Reconcile GL accounts
• Process incoming/outgoing mail and
Purolator shipments
• Maintain filing
• Month-end
• Other duties as required
The right candidate will possess the
following:
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to adjust to changes
• Time management to meet deadlines
• Well organized
• Understand confidentiality
• Accept responsibility for mistakes
• Be a part of a team
