ASTRA GA021 GOURMET AUTO
ESPRESSO MACHINE
The Gourmet Auto is manufactured with the same modular
commercial components as the Astra Mega Series
including a full size rotary vane Procon pump and the same
thermocircular brewing mechanism. It boats a 4.2 Liter boiler
with 2,000 watt heating element elegantly enclosed in a
100% stainless steel frame. The capacity of the boiler and
the heating element makes it virtually impossible for the
operator to exceed the steaming capacity of this machine.
The Gourmet Auto is an automatic machine equipped with
one steam wand and one hot water valve. Any unit in the
Gourmet Series can be provided with optional gold plating.
Just plug in and serve. Unit measures 13''W x 20''D x 17''H
overall. 110V.

Modular construction for easy maintenance and service.
Brewing system with thermo circulation design for absolute
temperature consistency. Self-tamping mechanism. Preprogrammed
to shut off if no water reaches procon pump.
Automatic high temperature switch with reset. A vacuum
helps to stop milk from entering the boiler. Includes a 12.5
liter boiler and a 4,500W heating element. Oversized internal
power breaker for added safety. Microprocessor-controlled
diagnostic system for quick troubleshooting. This deluxe two
group espresso machine is standardly equipped with three
steam wands and one hot water valve OR two steam wands
and two hot water valves but can be modified to fit the
user’s requirements. Unit measures 27 1 /4''W x 19 1 /2''D x 20''H
overall. 220V.
