• You can preferably supplement<br />

with vitamin-C. We all know from<br />

school, that a lack of vitamin-C<br />

can lead to scurvy, but researchers<br />

have, through the years, discovered<br />

that vitamin-C has countless<br />

protective qualities, <strong>for</strong> instance<br />

does vitamin-C protect against atherosclerosis<br />

<strong>and</strong> thereby help the<br />

heart <strong>and</strong> cardiovascular system.<br />

• B-vitamins, that are also water soluble<br />

• Magnesium deficiency is one of the<br />
