This project is regarded as one of the most important projects that our Buldings, High-Rise Towers,
and Facilities sector executed. Inspectech was mainly responsible for implementing the following
services in Lamar Towers, in which we proudly fulfilled the Structural Condition Assessment, Non-
Destructive Testing, and Structural Analysis. Our scope of work was involving the Visual Inspection,
Review all project’s Structural Document & Gap Analysis, Infrared Thermograph, Material Sampling
& Testing, Deflection Measurement, Corrosion Assessment & Analysis, Rectification Works Recommendation,
Design of Advanced Cathodic Protection System, and last but not least the Structural
Strengthening Design.
