Experience
Our focus for the internships is not only on providing
technical knowledge in specific professional fields, but also
on the development of soft skills. The ability to work in a
team, to communicate effectively, to have empathy and
understanding for diverse communities, to be prepared to
apply for a job and attend an interview. The importance of
these skills in relation to school grades and degrees has
risen sharply in recent years. To support this we have
created a modular set of workshops.
