Internships in Germany
VITALIS offers vocational education, internships and work experience to young
people from all over Europe. Whether you come through the Erasmus Programme or
through a school visit, you will learn from our expertise in the German labour and
training market. Our workshops and accommodation are based at Gut Wehlitz, an
18th Century manor, in Schkeuditz, just outside Leipzig.
Vocational Training with VITALIS
From the planning stage through to evaluations, certificates and final reports, we are your
partner for a complete journey in project based, experiential learning.
Modules to Support Your School Curriculum
For international compatibility, our internships and projects are planned ini accordance with the
European ECVET principles. Our projects and modules can be implemented into the VET or school
curriculum of the sending schools. With different levels of challenge, all modules can be modified
according to the students' level of knowledge. Our instructors will assess where your students are
when they arrive and make any necessary adjustments to ensure that the agreed learning
objectives are met.

across the courtyard. Our kitchen offers both hot and cold local dishes on its buffet. For lunch

Than Work Experience
Our focus for the internships is not only on providing technical
knowledge in specific professional fields, but also on the development
of soft skills. The ability to work in a team, to communicate effectively,
to have empathy and understanding for diverse communities, to be
prepared to apply for a job and attend an interview. The importance of
these skills in relation to school grades and degrees has risen sharply
in recent years. To support this we have created a modular set of
workshops.

Lovely Grounds With Leisure Facilities
The green courtyard of Gut Wehlitz offers a pleasant and relaxed environment for leisure activities.
For recreational sports, our students can also use a multipurpose sports hall at our neighbouring
school. We have a river, forest, and natural reserve on our doorstep for walking. The cities of
Leipzig, Halle and Merseburg, are just a short drive or tram ride away and offer an interesting mix
of historic sights, a wide range of cultural activities and modern shopping experiences.
