Change is here to stay. The pandemic has changed a lot of things. There’s no doubt about it: COVID-19 has upended the way we live, the way we work, and how we interact with each other. The silver lining, if there is one, is that we’ve all had a unique opportunity to pause and reflect on our values, so we can move forward with an understanding of what matters most.
