ennifer (Jen) Boyer came on
board with Green Dynamix in
February of 2021 as our Inventory
Control Lead. With an in-depth
knowledge of horticulture and extensive experience
in the green industry, Jen is a great asset to our team!
Her love of plants began at a young age as her grandparents
owned a nursery where she grew up working with
and loving plants. She is a seventh generation Floridian
raised in Winter Park, then moved to Amelia Island 21
years ago. She and her husband planned to move to their
river property in Fort White when they retired, then
COVID-19 hit the world and they decided since their kids were raised, why wait to move?
She added, “Then it hit me. If we were moving pre-retirement, I better get a job. I knew
I wanted to go big or go home. I instantly thought of Green Dynamix.” We are thrilled
she made the early move! Jen’s motto is to look at the positive in all situations and she
loves to inspire others to learn. Outside of work, Jen loves attending concerts, gardening,
cooking, kayaking, camping, fishing and all things nature. She and her husband have
five adult children, one grandchild and another on the way. Now just the two of them,
together they care for four dogs, a pet pig, bird, cat, chickens and many plants.

rooke joined
the Green Dynamix
team in February
of 2021 and has been a great asset to our
operations department as our Operations Analyst.
She assists logistics and our Account Executives to
help connect all the moving parts of operations to
limit sales order errors and encourage cohesion.
Previously in the medical field for 7 years, she
came on board for a brighter, more positive career
change. Brooke earned her Associate in Business
Management from Florida Gateway College in 2015; then spent a year studying Nuclear
Engineering at University of Florida; a year studying welding and scuba diving; and
a year studying Health Sciences before ending up back in business and earning her
Bachelor of Science from University of Massachusetts in Operations Management in
2020. Although she’s spent most of her life in Florida, she was born in New England
and is an avid fan of the New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox. In her free time,
she enjoys days at the beach and building and collecting advanced Lego kits.
Currently, she has taken on a new hobby in learning to golf and is the proud
dog mom of a Great Dane puppy named Elli.
