Help Us Reach Our #SquadGoals!
It’s the summer of the squad, and time is running out to join!
This summer, the Austin Humane Society is on a mission to recruit 101
new Animal Friends Giving Club members in 101 days, and we have just a
few days left to reach our goal!
When you join the squad, you are committing to helping Austin's most
vulnerable animals each month. But that's not all: throughout the year,
you’ll have access to members-only events and exclusive tours, plus you’ll
be the first to know about some of the amazing things your gifts are
making possible through our members-only newsletter, The Inside Scoop.
As an added bonus, when you join with a minimum $5 a month gift,

Our 9th Annual Summer Kids Series has come to a close,
and it was certainly a year to remember! This virtual event,
presented by the Turner Family, H-E-B Helping Here and
Petco Love, ran from June 1st through August 7th and was
jam-packed with educational fun for our Humane Heroes.
In June, kids had the chance to learn about Dog Care
and earn their Dog Care certificate. July focused on Cat
Care, and the entire summer culminated with a drive-thru
graduation at our shelter in August. This year’s programming
would not have been possible without the support of our
incredible partners: Austin Allies, Austin Creative Reuse,
Austin Wildlife Rescue, Calvin the Cat, Farm Sanctuary,
Firehouse Animal Health Centers, Kathy Phan, Keep
Austin Beautiful, Mari Rodriguez, Monsoon Dance, Painting
Pandas and Yayhound.

This fall, the curtain will rise on a life-saving event, and the animals of AHS are ready for their close-up! Join us on Saturday,
November 13th at the Fairmont Austin for the 16th Annual Rags to Wags Gala. This year’s theme is Red Carpet Return, and
we have so many cinematic surprises in store for you!
In addition to the in-person event, the show will also be streaming live online. In-person and virtual sponsorships are available
