The color specifications for the Montverde Academy Eagles brand identity are shown here. Due to inconsistent calibration of computer monitors
and screens, always refer to the Pantone ® number for accurate color standards and reproduction.
Black, gray, dark purple and/or light gold are not primary colors and are to be used only in certain one-color applications and as a uniform ground
color. Any use of black, gray*, light gold or dark purple whether in imprinting, embroidery or as a uniform color, must be approved by the
Director of Athletic Operations and Director of Communications and Marketing prior to ordering.

• The MVA and Eagles word mark must remain a solid, one-color mark represented in
purple or gold, with the exception of 007 and 008 (shown above).
• No patterns or images are allowed in the word mark.
• The variation of the word mark color is dependent on the background on which the word
mark is placed.
• When combining the word mark with the sports specific typography, the specific lockup
combination must be maintained
• The only word mark lockups allowed are those which are presented above and the
following (no internal departments or other names may be used in conjunction with the
word mark):

To maintain the integrity and consistency of all MVA Sports Academy logos
and word marks, logos may not be reconstructed or altered in any way. The
following is a general list to indicate unacceptable treatments of our logos.
• Do not place logo on patterned or image background
• Do not place logo over gradient background
• Do not skew, stretch or warp logo
• Do not crop or bleed logo off page
• Do not tilt or rotate logo
• Use ONLY official MVA colors (see page 4)
• Do not treat elements of logo in different ways
• Do not rearrange or move elements of logo
• Do not place other words near logo to be construed as part of logo
• The CBD word mark must remain a solid, one-color mark
represented in purple or gold.

Clear space for all Montverde Academy logos and marks
Montverde Academy logos and marks (this includes athletic and
co-curricular) have established clear zones. These are intended to
maintain their integrity and avoid visual confusion. No other type or
graphic element (including folds, trims, or edges) should fall within the
minimum clear zones shown.

The general rule for clear space is that all logos and marks must
have a clear zone that equals 1/3" of the height of the logo.
