PAYMENT
• UCS accepts all major credit cards.
• School Purchase Orders: Public institutions receive
automatic credit for 30 days after receipt of shipment.
• Dealers and General Contractors: Submit credit references
or pre-pay with any major credit card, check, or wire
transfer.
• Government Purchase Orders: The approval process can
take between two and ten days.
• International Orders: Orders must be backed by a letter of
credit or prepaid with a wire transfer.

TRUCK SHIPMENT
Checking & Unloading Instructions: We take great care in
filling, checking, and packaging your order. On rare
occasions, a package may be lost or damaged in transit. At
the time shipment is received: Observe the entire shipment
for visible damage and the correct number of pieces. Make
notation and take photos of shortage or damage on all
copies of the freight bill. Sign for the number of pieces, not
the number of pallets. Unpack cartons immediately to check
contents for possible damage. If damage (hidden or
concealed) is discovered, save the carton, immediately
report the damage to the carrier, and request an inspection.
Follow up the request in writing and call UCS customer
service at 800-526-4856.
Additional charges may apply for special services such as lift
gate, inside delivery, etc. Freight Carriers provide delivery to
the end of the truck and are not required to provide
assistance unloading when the delivery arrives. Please be
sure to have enough assistance and/or the proper
equipment for unloading upon delivery, or enquire about lift
gate service when ordering.
RETURNS
Do not return damaged goods to UCS without prior written
authorization and an RMA number. Product must be new, unused
and in the original packaging, otherwise it is not returnable. Only
certain color merchandise is returnable. Call our customer
service at 800-526-4856 to arrange a return authorization and
merchandise pick-up. Merchandise is subject to a factory
restocking charge. The customer is responsible for shipping
charges both ways, unless agreed otherwise by UCS in writing.
