Combining multi-filament, high tenacity yarns<br />
with a premium basket weave, 1050D Ballistic<br />
Nylon is the premier fabric option for Climbing<br />
Gym Padding.<br />
1680D Ballistic Nylon Floor<br />
Utilizing a basket weave of heavy, natural yarns,<br />
1680D Ballistic Nylon provides high puncture<br />
resistance with multiple color options.<br />
1000D Cordura Floor<br />
1000D is a heavy duty fabric utilizing high<br />
tenacity Invista thread offering superior abrasion<br />
resistance that has been used for years in the<br />
outdoor industry.<br />
vinyl Floor (21 oz. Knife-Coated Vinyl)<br />
Constructed with a phthalate-free vinyl, this vinyl<br />
has the most PVC on the exposed side of any vinyl<br />
in the athletic industry.<br />
Security Mats<br />
<strong>UCS</strong> Fold Up Security Mats are the perfect mat to protect<br />
climbers from falls on traverse climbing walls while also<br />
folding up to provide padding if someone runs into the<br />
wall during sporting events or physical education class.<br />
The mats easily bolt into one of the T-Nuts to lock in place.<br />
26 oz. Needle Punch Carpet Top<br />
Our 26 oz. carpet is an add-on to any of our boulder<br />
floor systems. Each carpet section corresponds with<br />
a specific pad which it connects to via Velcro.<br />
Carpet backed Velcro is then applied to complete<br />
the system.<br />
SPECIFICATIONS:<br />
• Top Fabric Options Include – 1050D Ballistic Nylon, 37oz<br />
Equivalent Knife-Coated Vinyl, and 1000D Cordura ®<br />
• 3 Sides and the base of units are manufactured with 37oz<br />
Equivalent Knife-Coated Vinyl. The three sides create a full<br />
clam shell zipper for easy access to the foam.<br />
• Remaining side consists of 14x12 PVC extruded 1000D<br />
Polyester mesh to allow proper air flow when a climber has<br />
fallen or is walking on the mat.<br />
• Our high density foam has been carefully selected based on<br />
the HIC and GMAX testing scores of over 25 different<br />
varieties of foam to offer superior impact cushioning along<br />
with exceptional durability.<br />
• ExtremeSeams are double folded and double lock<br />
stitched with high-tenacity military grade polyester thread.<br />
• Handles are made from 2” webbing covered with 37oz<br />
equivalent knife-coated vinyl. Box stitched to sides of<br />
reinforced vinyl base units. * Carry a lifetime warranty<br />
• <strong>UCS</strong> rust-resistant zippers are double folded and double<br />
stitched to the side of the pad. *Carry a lifetime warranty<br />
• The VTX 1000 System relieves stress from the covers and<br />
helps keep the flooring in place. The top fabric material is<br />
