urbanscreen use 3d projection and the very latest in
lighting technology to create breathtaking visuals that
cover buildings in a ‘virtual skin’ – transforming them

the limits of both technology and imaginative design, get

3d-mapped projection. the electric Canvas returns
to Customs house continuing to raise the
benchmark for large scale projections.
animation sequences will transform this iconic sandstone
building every night during Vivid Sydney. an immersive
experience at its most magnificent, marvel at the striking
colours and feel the shapes as the structure morphs into

Built in 1845, Customs house was the jewel of Circular Quay,
majestically standing as the gateway to Sydney’s waterfront.
today its striking interior features a grand atrium, impressive
helix staircase and a giant city model showcased under the
glass of the ground floor. it is also home to foodie’s favourite,
Café Sydney.
inside, you can check out part of the head on Photo festival,
now in its third year. See photography exhibitions Manuwangku,
under the nuclear Cloud by Jagath dheerasekara (from May 3 –
8 July), homage by alexia Sinclair (from May 3 – 29 June), and
the green desert by Peter elfes (2 feb – 12 July).
