Upholding the Law while Providing Efficient Legal Services

The best legal advisors in Pune

always guide their clients

properly. They take up every

case with the vision of providing

justice to their clients. They uphold the

law and follow every rule strictly to

ensure that they can win the case in the

right way. These legal advisors are

dedicated towards their profession and

are always driven to achieve the best.

One such leading legal advisor in Pune

who is making a massive impact in the

field of law is Adv. Shweta Yashwant

Bhosale. She had completed her

degree in law from Pune University.

Adv. Shweta was born in a nuclear

family. Her parents had full confidence

on her and believed that she would

become a good lawyer someday. Since

an early age, Adv. Shweta had the

hobby of reading books. She has read

many books and also loves to orate.

She seeks inspiration from renowned

national leaders such as Mahatma

Gandhi, Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar,

Lokmanya Tilak, and so on, and also

reads books about these leaders. All of

these mentioned national leaders had a

degree in law. This inspired Adv.

Shweta to pursue a career in law and

become an advocate.

th

After completing her 12 standard, she

immediately took admission for law

degree. After joining a law college,

Adv. Shweta started participating in

various competitions. She became a

leader and represented her college for 3

years at Sakal Youth (Young

Inspiration Newtork). While carrying

out many social activities, Adv. Shweta

came to know about many problems

people are going through.

Adv. Shweta saw many women facing

problems such as domestic violence,

dowry, and so on. She realized that

many people were not at all aware

about any legal remedies. “As I was

learning it in the college as well as

doing practice at court with one Senior

Advocate so I tried to solve their

problems and gave the legal advices”,

opines Adv. Shweta. She completed

her college by achieving the first rank.

Her family was very proud of her

achievement. After that, she started

practicing daily at District and Session

Court Pune. In few days Adv. Shweta

got her personal case of bail and after

arguing in that matter she got that bail

granted.

Shweta’s Journey in the Legal Arena

Adv. Shweta first took up a bail case

related to theft. With the passage of

time, she started opting for different

bail cases one by one which were

related to matters such as kidnapping,

dacoity, and so on. Adv. Shweta also

got her first anticipatory in dacoity,

after which she started practicing

criminal law. Subsequently, she further

started opting for family cases of

divorce, 498A cruelty, domestic

violence, and so on. Moving forward,

Adv. Shweta also started taking many

civil and consumer cases.

Using Technology to Facilitate

Services

Adv. Shweta believes that technology

can be used in the legal sector to speed

up the procedures and ensure speedy

judgement. She uses modern

technology for searching judgments on

various cases. Moreover, Adv. Shweta

writes articles based on legal

knowledge because many people may

not be aware of their rights. She tries to

give them information about the same

in a simple language.

Opinions about e-Court Platforms

and Digitization

Adv. Shweta believes that digitization

and e-court platforms have a limited

impact on the judicial process because

digital processes have many

disadvantages. Citizens get their next

court date but sometimes it does not

get updated on website or digital

databases. This may create various

problems in the future. Moreover,

submitting the papers in the form of

PDF files is quite challenging because

the concerned people have to scan

huge number of documents and

transform them into PDF files before

sending them forward.

Words of Wisdom

Advising the future generation, Adv.

Shweta states, “When you take the

Admissions in the Law College side by

side start practicing at the court

because the theoretical knowledge is

not sufficient; you need the practical

knowledge too. Once you got the

degree you will be trained, and you

can practice independently with ease”.

Future Plans

Marching ahead on her quest of

delivering justice to the needy and

upholding law and order, Adv. Shweta

wants to open her own office in every

city. This will help the people to easily

reach and connect to her and she will

be able to assist them with various

legal matters.
