Though holding two bachelor’s

degrees in home science and

communication and journalism, after

marriage Adv. Sunita was a

homemaker, trying to adjust herself

into the role of perfect daughter-in-law,

a mother, and a wife. However, her

mother-in-law, though from a

conservative business family motivated

her to pursue law instead of sitting idle

at home.

Adv. Sunita’s mother-in-law took the

responsibilities of the entire house. As

a result, Adv. Sunita could complete

her degree in law with flying colours in

the year 1995. Thereafter, with the

support of her husband, mother-in-law,

father-in-law, and her two children, she

and Sessions Court initially under the

Adv. Shweta believes that digitization

and e-court platforms have a limited

impact on the judicial process because

digital processes have many

court date but sometimes it does not

get updated on website or digital

databases. This may create various

problems in the future. Moreover,

submitting the papers in the form of

PDF files is quite challenging because

the concerned people have to scan

huge number of documents and

transform them into PDF files before

sending them forward.
