the focal point for all academic
queries. The desk is open daily
from 09.00h to 18.00h during
term (shorter offices hours in summer)
and located in the BP building
hallway. You may also call the

e-mail student.services@epfl.ch.
Your query will be answered
immediately or, if necessary,
an appointment will be made
with the appropriate specialised
staff in Student Services.
