Cycle Chapel<br />

Class will begin with a prayer, scripture, and a time for community. Improve your cardio and tone your entire body while listening to some<br />

good beats. Participants should arrive early for seat-adjustment instructions. Be sure you bring a towel and water...you will need both!<br />

SOAR Chapel<br />

SOAR Chapel combines cardio-kickboxing, dance fitness, and bodyweight exercise allowing you to de-stress and worship in a Christcentered<br />

environment.<br />

Strong<br />

A HIIT class using more strength-based bodyweight exercsies synced to music for a more athletic, conditioning-style workout. Use<br />

bodyweight as resistance to achieve muscle definition, improve strength, and improve cardio.<br />

Unwind & Climb<br />

Come “hang” out with us! Learn how to improve your climbing movement, proper bouldering techniques, and proper safety protocols. We<br />

are a fun-loving group that likes to boulder. Join us!<br />

Vinyasa Yoga<br />

Participate in a full-body workout while toning and improving your flexibility. Techniques used during this time will be beneficial in all areas<br />

of your wellness journey.<br />

Zumba<br />

Enjoy the fun while experiencing a full-body workout. Move to energizing, high-intensity music as you increase your endurance level and<br />

improve your overall body tone.<br />

Zumba Step<br />

All of the fun of Zumba, but with a step for an added level of aerobic intensity and more of a resistance-focused workout for glutes and legs.<br />

Zumba Toning<br />

All of the fun of Zumba, but with 1 or 2 pound weights to tone and define muscles.
