HELLO, WORLD!
Oh the places you can go… the people you can meet

HELLO, WORLD!
Welcome
Whether it’s a world you’ve missed and can’t wait to explore
again or you’re just ready to discover a new one outside of
your own. Travelling makes us feel like our best selves.
It’s when we spend time rejuvenating our bodies and minds,
when we’re more willing to try new things, and where we meet
new people and learn new skills – it’s exciting, passionate,
enlightening, and just downright joyous.
So, get ready to say hello again to the beloved destinations
and lovely lodgings you’ve lost touch with, because we’re
here to reacquaint you.

HELLO, WORLD!
Oh the places you can go…
The seed has been planted. It could be the desire
for seclusion and exclusivity on an Indonesian
conscious-castaway and private Caribbean
island, or possibly the chance of some me-time
on Mexico’s shores. Maybe a more sophisticated
take on excitement is in order, easily found
in Mykonos’ party scene and the vibrant
hub of Riviera-esque shenanigans in the Fari
Islands. Or perhaps you’re feeling adventurous
– in which case a desert safari after dark or
embracing Canada’s great outdoors could be
just the inspiration you need.
Whatever you’re seeking, these are the places
that ignite that spark of curiosity, open gateways
to new opportunities and stay with you long
after you’ve returned home.
Nathan & Oliver

HELLO, WORLD!
Oh the people you can meet…
The real value of travel isn’t decided just by the
places we visit, but by the people we meet along
the way. Whether they’re smiling strangers on the
street or the extraordinary and inspiring people
we've spent time nurturing relationships with.
Our friends allow us unparalleled access to some
of the world’s most exceptional individuals;
from the best guides and wellness practitioners,
to masters of the arts and remarkable locals.
So, if there’s someone you’d like to say “hello”
to, let us know, and we’ll open the door to
one-on-one meetings, set up private dinners,
organise a masterclass, put together a private tour…
or however else you’d like to spend your time
together. There’s never one particular reason for
travelling, but here’s a sneak peak of some of the
people who make it well worth the journey.

OUR LOCAL CONNECTORS
Véronique Vandernoot,
St Barths
Véronique may not be a St Barths native, but she’s now
as much a local as anyone. The Belgium-born artist has
called the island home for 25 years, and her presence is
felt all over in the form of her colourful ceramic tiles that
appear at every beach entrance. Starting from one small
tile that led onto island-wide commissions, she has grown
to become arguably St Barths’ most celebrated artist.
Her studio-shop, Les Petits Carreaux in Gustavia, is
where all the magic happens and, as a Rosewood Le
Guanahani Placemaker, Véronique invites guests to see
her creative process in action, after heading out on a tour
of her favourite haunts.
HELLO, WORLD!
Who will you trust with
your future travels?
Technology has the power to make
everything easy. But we must admit,
there’s a distinct lack of personal
attention and heart. We are social
beings after all, and the positivity and
emotional bonds of people can’t be
replaced by a machine. When we want
to feel special we need a human touch.
Why? Because it’s comforting, it’s
individual, and you get the right answers
to your questions just as quickly.
Booking with a human rather than a
faceless brand means you will benefit
from empathy, honesty and flexibility.
These are behaviours you simply don’t
find online or in large call centres.
Our customised approach delivers where
technology cannot. Being accessible when
needed; taking the time to listen; offering
guidance and reassurance; harnessing
human ingenuity to find solutions;
handling complex plans and negotiations
on your behalf – we ensure your interests
are prioritised and the value that has on
your overall travel experience should not
be underestimated.
In the coming months, you are sure to
need more expert guidance than ever
before and booking your precious trips
with someone you trust will be vital –
that’s why we believe the future of travel
is one that’s human.

HELLO, WORLD!
Travel made to order
Everything is bespoke,
including your booking conditions
We’re not one for temporary service pledges,
earning trust and confidence takes time. Which
is why we have always offered complete flexibility
amending or postponing holidays at no charge to
fulfilling cancellations and 100% refunds should
to Order, where everything is bespoke including
your booking conditions.
More time to decide
If you want something to look forward to
but need a little more time to decide, we can
reserve those highly sought-after business
class seats and secret suites, without deposit
or commitment until you are ready with all
the flexibility to amend or cancel if you
choose not to travel.
Freedom to change your mind, always
We facilitate amendments right up to
departure and even while in resort and
we never charge fees. We’re securing
unprecedented flexibility with our suppliers
to ensure you have the freedom and peace
of mind you need to amend or postpone a
trip. We negotiate individual requirements
with our partners and will absolutely make
you aware at the time of booking the options
we have secured for you.
Cancel and refund, no questions asked
As restrictions can be imposed at any time,
the following reasons, you can cancel with a
full refund which you will receive promptly:
to all travellers
quarantine restrictions for all arrivals

HELLO, WORLD!
Say hello to...
Seclusion 09
Adventure 15
Me 21
Exclusivity 27
Excitement 33
Old friend 39

Hello,
seclusion!
There’s nothing better than taking time out and going
off-grid – for a little while at least. A far-flung destination
that couldn’t be further from the daily grind, it’s time to
take some R&R that’s entirely your own.

Miavana, Madagascar
Surround yourself with silence and welcome ultimate seclusion at this remote private
island. Even before the helicopter touches down, Miavana begins to enchant with its
paradisiacal beachfront location. Make like Robinson Crusoe as you settle into your
island-inspired villa – dotted along the untouched sands, off-grid but with luxurious
touches aplenty, this is the isolated paradise you’ve been dreaming of. Tick lemur
trekking off your bucket list, spot whales and dolphins on a boat cruise or learn to
dive to discover vibrant reefs, sea turtles and manta rays.
NIHI Sumba, Indonesia
Sumba’s remoteness makes it trickier than most to get to, but it’s the perfect
place for those wanting more than just a beach getaway. From the tempting
sight of surf crashing onto the shore to the rhythmic canter of horses clipping
the sand, a visit to Indonesia’s ‘forgotten island’ definitely sharpens the senses.
Found on the Edge of Wildness without the distractions of everyday life, this
sustainable lodge lets conscious-castaways firmly focus on the present. While
NIHI’s partnership with The Sumba Foundation draws them in with their
great efforts to empower the islanders with education and jobs.

Raffles Maldives Meradhoo
This far-flung refuge has succeeded in getting away from it all as it lounges in
one of the world’s largest and most remote atolls – Gaafu Alifu. Guests find their
own tempo here; those who want to keep a good rhythm going stay in the airy
beachfront villas on the main islet, far from the madding crowd but still with
communal spirit. Complete pace-slowers, however, bask in the vast open ocean
on the separate ring of overwater villas just a short dhoni boat ride away, only
emerging for a private chef experience or Balinese spa treatment.
Verdura, A Rocco
Forte Hotel, Sicily
Reclining on 570 acres of beachfront miles
away from the overpopulated suntraps,
Rocco Forte’s first venture into building its
own hotels is a crowd-pleasing remote affair,
where rejuvenation and indulgence lounge
side by side. Those looking for sublime
seclusion will do well to plump for a stay in
one of the pool suites. Woven subtly into the
landscape using natural local materials, these
lodgings marry the warmth and ambience of
Sicily with contemporary restraint; boasting
a private pool and beguiling sea views, you
need never leave your expansive abode.
Jumby Bay Island,
Antigua
Great for
FAMILIES
Set on its own island off the coast of Antigua,
this estate’s reputation often precedes it, and
for good reason. Much like the Antiguan word
that inspired its name (jumbee meaning ‘playful
spirit’), the laid-back feeling here is present
as soon as you step onto the welcome dock.
However, the delicate beauty and solitude that
characterises Jumby Bay is found best in the
Private Residences. Peppered throughout this
exclusive private island and complete with staff,
these individually designed homes boast anything
from enormous pools to a turtle sanctuary.

Rosewood Little Dix Bay,
British Virgin Islands
If it’s a week or two of slow living that’s missing from your hectic life, Little
Dix Bay has long been synonymous with providing the space, silence and
seclusion to provide just that. Here, there are no worries, no burdens, and
nothing but guilt free time. The real beauty of this eco-friendly resort is its
deserted half-mile crescent-shaped beach framed by lush verdant gardens –
perfect for secret champagne picnics and midnight strolls under the stars.
For next level privacy, opt for a pool villa with sweeping ocean views,
direct beach access and butler service.
Mandarin Oriental,
Canouan, The Grenadines
An exclusive hideout whose appeal lies in its anonymity, this castaway haven for an
elite few is fast putting this lesser known island on the map. With only 26 suites and
13 villas it’s easy to see how Mandarin Oriental, Canouan has maintained its relatively
under-the-radar status. Set away from the busier Caribbean resorts, here is where the
glitterati come to not be seen. Where A-listers without the need for security or an
entourage, regularly dock their super yachts into the marina – the only way of reaching
the island aside from charter or private jet.

Finca Cortesin, Costa del Sol, Spain
A place of whitewashed walls and red clay tiles, there is something distinctly Spanish
about this handsome hacienda nestled in the foothills of the Casares mountain.
Where desires are met before even being voiced and its elegance makes you feel
good just for being here. For an authentic flavour of Andalusían living and a place
to disconnect, look no further than the resort’s two exclusive villas, La Reserva and
Green 10, which play host to manicured gardens, pools and expansive boho living
spaces; while enjoying access to all the resort’s impeccable services.
Elounda Gulf Villas,
Crete, Greece
One of the most exclusive retreats on Crete’s
unspoilt coastline – a location celebrated in
Victoria Hislop’s novel ‘The Island’ set on
Spinalonga. This is a home-away-from-home
villa hotel, that’s exceptionally run by mother/
daughter trio, Anna, Antni and Charitini. It’s
the Royal Spa Pool Villa that is the long-time
favourite of royalty and celebrities providing
a dwelling for exceptional privacy, decadent
comforts and sensational get-togethers.
Chartering a private yacht to explore nearby
secluded coves and uninhabited islets also
comes highly recommended.
Calabash Luxury Boutique
Hotel, Grenada
This Caribbean classic raises the bar when it
comes to tailor-made services – carried out
with all the charm and friendly efficiency that
you would expect from a true family-run hotel.
As a Relais & Châteaux member, it’s expected
that this boutique gem would be a hotspot for
foodies, but Gary Rhodes’ first overseas restaurant
continues to honour his craftmanship and legacy
by elevating the already exquisite food scene
with locally sourced creations. Leaving satisfied
stomachs to wander down to the private beach
for cocktails or back to the peace of their suite
balconies for sundowners in solitude.

More, seclusion
01.
Amanruya, Turkey
‘Peaceful dream’ by name, go off the
radar at this glorious bolthole set amid
acres of UNESCO protected ruins on a
tranquil stretch of scalloped coastline.
02.
COMO Parrot Cay,
Turks & Caicos
An A-listers’ favourite, this private
island paradise includes celebrityowned
private estates with a select few
available for rent. Although the spa is
the real star here.
04.
The Brando, French Polynesia
On the private island of Tetiaroa lies
a retreat once favoured as the personal
hideaway of Marlon Brando. As far as
the eye can see, there is a medley of blues
and it’s an instant tonic for relaxation.
05.
Soneva Kiri, Thailand
Famed for its waterfalls, crystal clear
waters and traditional village life,
the remote island of Koh Kood is an
eco-friendly jungle playground, where
life slows to a deliciously restful pace.
01.
03.
04.
03.
Four Seasons Resort Seychelles
at Desroches Island
A natural playground just a short
flight, yet worlds away from Mahé;
seclusion reigns supreme at this private
island resort and excites those with a
thirst for the true castaway experience.
02. 05.

Hello,
adventure!
Throughout history, people have sought out adventure in
its many forms. For some of us, we want to do something of
genuine substance, others simply want to be in the presence
of the truly remarkable. Indulge your sense of adventure,
whatever that means to you.

Great for
FAMILIES
Lengishu,
Kenya
The Borana Conservancy is perhaps not one you’ve
heard of. But here you’ll find an exclusive-use family
home; where staff are like old friends and rhinos
from the most successful sanctuary in Kenya are
your neighbours. Budding conservationists get
behind-the-scenes access tracking black and white
rhino on foot at first light and assisting anti-poaching
rangers on drives by night. In between, horseback
safaris, mountain biking by herds of zebra, swims in
the river and views from Pride Rock (yes, the very same
that inspired Disney animators) fill the schedule.
Island-Hopping in the Tropics,
Hawaii
For families who struggle to sit still, who use holidays as a chance to embrace the
outdoors, push boundaries and bond through challenge and achievement – you
may have met your holiday match. Ohana (family) is deeply important in these
parts, making the islands a place to spend together exploring and experiencing
things impossible at home. From taking a thrill-seeking trip to one of the largest
active volcanoes in the world, to learning to surf at North Shore. And if you’ve
any energy left, joining a traditional Hawaiian party with entertainment,
delicious food and of course hula.

Four Seasons Resort Maldives
at Landaa Giraavaru
The Maldives is arguably one of the best places for just kicking back and doing
nothing, yet with so much on offer; the difficulty is deciding what to do. At
this grown-up sophisticated bolthole, days can be spent revelling in the warm
chameleonic blue-hued waters discovering two of the ocean’s majestic creatures.
Between June and October, sign up for the ‘Manta-on-Call’, where you can snorkel
with these gentle giants as soon as they are sighted; equally exciting is diving in the
remote Baa Atoll, a hotspot for observing whale sharks in all their spotted glory.
Six Senses Zighy Bay,
Oman
Catching the first glimpse of this remote
enclave – whether it is paragliding over the
rugged mountain tops, descending by 4x4
or drawing closer by speedboat – is a level of
exhilaration that’s hard to match. Invited to
live barefoot and mobile phone free, tuning
out of modern life is encouraged the moment
you arrive. Instead, distractions here are
designed to awaken the senses: exploring
jaw-dropping terrain through a spot of
kayaking, microlighting and trekking in the
canyons, or getting an eyeful of marine life
on a snorkelling or diving sortie.
The Datai, Langkawi,
Malaysia
Great for
FAMILIES
The magical isle of Langkawi is a truly
remarkable ecological gem bursting with natural
wonders begging exploration. Meet Malaysia’s
answer to Sir David Attenborough at one of
Asia’s most exclusive resorts, where nemophilists
can see all manner of wildlife living and thriving
in the surrounding 100-million-year old virgin
rainforest. For off the beaten track encounters,
join renowned resident naturalist, Irshad
Mobarak, to tread the footpaths of the dense
forest, kayak through mysterious mangroves
and cool off in freshwater jungle pools.

Great for
FAMILIES
Wilderness Escape,
Canada
Combining everything that is wonderful about the
great outdoors, families can revel in disconnecting
from the rest of the world and reconnecting with each
other. There’s an immediate sense of total seclusion
upon arrival at Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge; idyllically
situated, this eco-safari enclave serves up a boat load
of activities. Horseback riding, hiking with a First
Nations escort, and whale and bear watching make
for a slightly slower pace, while elsewhere, an exclusive
heli-adventure will take you even further into the
remote region to bask in the still beauty of nature.
Great for
FAMILIES
Tea, Sea and Safari,
Sri Lanka
A verdant teardrop island of tea plantations, thick jungles, golden coasts and
UNESCO World Heritage sites, Sri Lanka has it all for adventure seekers. We
have curated a journey of authentic cultural experiences and time to contribute
towards local communities and the environment. Begin by venturing inland to
the lush Hill Country; spend time learning about the journey from tea leaf to
cup, before embracing your wild side as you get the chance to spot leopards on
a guided safari. The trip ends with blissful seclusion on a picture-perfect,
palm-fringed golden beach.

Al Maha, A Luxury Collection Desert
Resort & Spa, Dubai
Horseback rides, camel treks, ghaf-tree walks, dune drives and desert safaris are
just some of the thrilling ways you can explore the palm groves and sand dunes
of the protected wildlife area in which this intimate hideaway stands. While also
plunging into the region’s culture by learning the distinguished arts of archery and
falconry. As for your base itself, it’s made up of a string of Bedouin-style tents – if
we can even call them “tents” – opulently adorned in antiques and decorative brass
tables, and thoughtfully equipped with easels, paints and binoculars.
Regent Seven Seas
Cruises®
What better way to truly soak up new
cultures than to hop between over 450 ports
across the globe and spend quality time with
those who live, work and breathe it? With
onshore experiences as varied as the travellers
taking them, connect to communities in
ways that wouldn’t be possible without
Regent’s close relationships. Feeling more
venturesome? Head out and explore with
private vehicle and driver and make your
own personal and unique encounters. When
back onboard and out at sea, you can be
sure of over-the-top service, grandeur and
opulence at every step.
Four Seasons Resort and
Residences Whistler, Canada
Whistler’s epic wilderness is the centre stage
for all things winter sports tournaments, not
to mention it’s a renowned training ground
for future champions. After waking in the cosy
wooden interiors of the Four Seasons Resort,
both newbies and piste-pros don their winter
wardrobe to ride alongside an Olympic skier or
snowboarder; taking their ability to a whole new
level by following in their tracks and learning
from their techniques. Later, stories from their
adrenaline-fuelled careers follow in a much
earned après-ski session at Braidwood Tavern.

Blue Safari Seychelles
Wild and raw, the privileged few
who make it here are often the first
to leave footprints on the beaches.
These islands are deemed the
untouched Edens of the world.
03.
Xigera Safari Lodge, Botswana
Re-emerging onto the safari scene with
a luxurious new look worthy of its
prestigious status, the pioneering Xigera
has not only outdone itself, but changed
the game for luxury lodges.
Bahía Del Duque,
Tenerife
It’s strange, how a place modelled on a 19th
century Spanish village can feel intimate, yet
somehow Bahía del Duque manages to hit the
sweet spot. Inside the resort, things are just as
carefully considered. This is a crowd-pleasing
escape where no family-friendly stone is left
unturned, including the range of petite wellness
rituals in the spa. Treat ‘young dukes’ to their
first massage or radiant mini facial using
the purest natural ingredients – safe in the
knowledge that you’re right there with them,
while cherishing a long over-due regenerative
therapy yourself.
VILA VITA Parc Resort
Great for
FAMILIES
Pine Cliffs, A Luxury Collection
Resort, Algarve, Portugal
Great for
FAMILIES
This jovial-village-meets-sub-tropical-gardens
clifftop hamlet is the kind of place lingering
sun-seekers are loathe to leave. Take the right
turn while wandering its cobbled streets
and you’ll end up at the award-winning spa.
Bespoke Sisily Paris treatments aside, guests are
encouraged to tap into their best selves with
aerial yoga and targeted treatments at Portugal’s
only HYPOXI studio. Even teens find it easy to
put down their devices for the tailored one-three
day programmes, improving their well-being
with meditation, fitness and outdoor activities.
Whatever your age and interests, this is the
place to learn, enhance and improve personal
skills. Have one of your best serves of all time
at the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy; and turn
the dreams of young footballers into reality as
professionals share their skills and tactics with
the next generation. Dine on your creation
together after an authentic family cooking class;
and the Par 3 sixth hole will provide a challenge
for any experienced golfer. Oh, and did we
mention it just so happens to have the longest
stretch of golden sand in all of Portugal too.

Chablé Yucatán, Mexico
A decade in the making, this 19th century hacienda-turned-retreat with 40 private
casitas and villas has been reclaimed from the heart of the Mayan jungle and
painstakingly restored into a place that calls to nature-loving wellness enthusiasts.
Threaded through towering trees, it is interspersed only by crumbling ruins and a
winding stone path that leads to a world-renowned retreat set around a mythical
cenote. It’s quite unlike any other; where hypnotic treatments harness the mystery of
Merida’s Mayan past and combine ancestral healing techniques with modern science.
Domes Resorts, Greece
Self-improvement isn’t just achieved in the office or the gym. Discover
ways to expand your mind through the people you meet and the places you
visit. Seek out enlightenment in a myriad of ways across the bright islands
of Crete and Corfu – two places steeped in mythology and an intoxicating
mix of pastoral life, ancient secrets and talented craftspeople. Absorb new
ways of living well in one of five Domes Resorts, where the healing powers
of natural waters and herbs, an education on local trade and new sensations
will no doubt leave you feeling impassioned and inspired.

The Romanos, A Luxury Collection Resort,
Costa Navarino, Greece
Not just a pretty face, this socially committed resort
encourages guests to reap the benefits of the area’s rich
treasures, both natural and cultural. From cycling in
the nature reserve, to picking ingredients for al fresco
lunches, it’s a place to revel in the great outdoors.
It’s also perfect for those who hanker to embrace
Mediterranean culture. Come for cookery classes
with local ladies, cheese making, wine masterclasses,
lessons in traditional Messinian embroidery, and even
astronomy nights, mythological storytelling, and
philosophy walks led by classical scholars.
Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai
Shop. Brunch. Pamper. There’s an uplifting power when indulgent me-time is
done well, and Dubai will argue that no one does it better. Mandarin Oriental is a
pocket of zen in a central location and is the closest beachfront hotel to the retail
therapy action in Downtown Dubai. In a city renowned for its ‘bigger is better’
mentality, here they’ve opted for an understated Californian air. A place where
there’s a swish spa with cocoon-like relaxation pods and a dedicated VIP suite, and
private beach cabanas with a personal butler bringing refreshing treats every hour.

Hello,
exclusivity!
Step into a world of your own making, uncover intimate
hideaways, stay in palatial private residences, occupy a secret
patch on the most beautiful beach, or head to a spot few have
seen – these are privileged places that will feel exclusively yours.

The Nautilus, Maldives
Step into a world of your own making; a world with no restraints, where
time has no meaning and where you have all the freedom to live exactly as
you please. Through unscripted dining and an exceptionally private level of
service, each and every moment is tailored completely to you. Share special
indulgences before you travel and turn up to a villa stocked with your
favourite treats; share your personal goals – whether it’s to relieve tension or
quiet a busy mind – and there’ll be a customised wellness programme with
experts waiting in advance of your arrival.
Six Senses Zil Pasyon,
Seychelles
Previously home to an intimate lodge that hosted celebrities and dignitaries in search of
complete privacy and beautiful beaches, Six Senses Zil Pasyon’s location is no accident.
Accessible only by helicopter and boat, lush jungles cover much of this private island.
A wild place where curiously shaped boulders jut out onto quiet, powdery sands. The
three towering residences are the showstoppers. Multi-level, multi-bedroom architectural
masterpieces with glass-bottomed pools on the top floors, that filter light and silhouetted
ripples into the living space below.

Trisara,
Phuket, Thailand
On a less-trodden coast of Phuket, beneath the
shade of centuries-old ficus trees and breezy
coconut and fishtail palms is where this secret
hideaway can be found. Meaning ‘garden in
the third heaven’, Trisara is a sanctuary for the
senses sitting within a protected nature preserve.
Each pool villa and residence is spaced far apart
across tropical gardens; all facing the Andaman
Sea, there is zero chance of being overlooked
here. There are three gourmet options to choose
from, but best in class is PRU – home of
Phuket’s first and only Michelin star.
Royal Mansour
Marrakech, Morocco
It doesn’t get more special than this oasis of
opulence; after all it’s not every day you get to
stay in a palace. No expense was spared when
King Mohammed VI ordered these rose-hued
regal riads to showcase artisanal mastery from
1,500 of the country’s finest craftspersons.
Rooms bedecked with hand-carved cedar,
masonry and silver finishes make a stay here
feel like stepping into an elaborate painting.
Discretion and confidentiality are key and an
underground network of tunnels ensure that
service is superb yet subtle and unobtrusive.
Rosewood Baha Mar,
The Bahamas
Enveloped in luxury at this sophisticated
resort you’re sure to feel like nothing less than
an A-lister. Undeniably the most exclusive
address on Nassau’s Baha Mar complex,
Rosewood loyalists and those seeking the more
refined things in life flock here to revel in the
relaxed tempo of island life. The resort’s four
oceanside villas are a cut above, delivering
incomparable indulgence; set on the shoreline
they offer the ultimate in perfect privacy and
come complete with pool and a dedicated
butler to cater to your every wish and whim.
Sugar Beach, A Viceroy
Resort, St Lucia
Relax as hard as you like at this pampering
spot, uniquely built around the atmospheric
ruins of an 18th Century Sugar Mill flanked by
the UNESCO-listed, iconic Pitons. Smuggled
away from the Great House, three beachfront
houses stand with their toes in the sand enticing
guests with their private entrance to Glenconner
Beach and dining beside the Beachhouse's
infinity pool. Not many things could lure you
off the terrace loungers but if something were
to succeed, it’d probably be the hands-on cocoa
bean-to-bar tour or a kayaking trip in the bay
fronting your residence.

Daios Cove Luxury Resort & Villas,
Crete, Greece
The location alone is enough to set Daios Cove apart
from its Cretan neighbours; this is about as secluded
a postcode as you’ll find, despite sitting on one of
Greece’s more popular islands. But what’s more,
premium villa, The Mansion, is unmatched. Combine
the stand out figures: three floors of open-plan living,
a trio of bedrooms, two pools, one private chef and
a fitness trainer on call – with smaller, personalised
quirks: a lengthy pillow menu and choice of fragrances
to diffuse through the air con – and you’ve got the
island’s most coveted home right here.
Great for
FAMILIES
One&Only Portonovi, Montenegro
Snapping up the best spot on Boka Bay, these elegant Venetian-esque buildings
have been created as the ultimate retreat with literally every age in mind. The
private homes take the cake – ten individual villas with access to their very
own beach (a rarity in Europe) and just crying out to be used for celebrations.
The experiences here are with an emphasis on local gems; like a boat tour of
four islands discovering tales from folklore, driving a vintage Rolls Royce Silver
Shadow down coastal roads, or water polo with Montenegro’s national team.

Ikos Resorts – Deluxe Collection,
Greece & Spain
Welcome to an elevated all-inclusive option where everyday stresses slip
away with a curated array of exclusive privileges just for you. Operating
a hotel-within-a-hotel concept across its award-winning Mediterranean
resorts, the Ikos Deluxe Collection brings together the best suites (think
private pools, gardens and unparalleled views) and a long list of premium
benefits. We’re talking: Taittinger champagne, an upgraded mini-bar,
complimentary spa treatments, a reserved area of the beach, a dedicated
pool and a personal concierge on hand to take care of every detail.
Great for
FAMILIES
Rosewood Mayakoba, Riviera Maya, Mexico
The Mayakoba region is the secluded microcosm between Cancun and Playa del Carmen
that Rosewood’s east Mexican outpost calls home. Hidden among the greenery, arriving
at one of the overwater bungalows by boat is like checking into your own private islet;
while the plaza, chapel, cooking school and shops complete this pocket of calm without
sacrificing on space and location. When it comes to exploring, tours take on a life of
their own; especially on a private visit to the out-of-sight Mayan city, Coba, and on the
biologist lead eco-tours around the resort.

Hello,
excitement!
A thrilling experience, a unique encounter – feelings of
excitement go hand in hand with a holiday of a lifetime.
From desert adventures over apricot waves to iconic big
city explorations, the world is your playground.

Six Senses Residences Courchevel, France
Not quite a hotel, but far from a chalet, it’s clear these comfy apartments –
decked out in mellow alpine block-check throws and sustainably sourced timber
– aren’t like anywhere else in Courchevel. The area’s typical lavishness makes way
for new heights of mountain living where even dinner is a thrilling affair. Instead
of heading to the usual haunts, start the evening off with a guided snow scooter
ride over pistes and through forest paths that lead onto a woodcutter’s cottage.
Here, a Savoyard evening with music, wine and a traditional dinner awaits.
Patina Maldives, Fari Islands
Breaking the mould when it comes to your typical Maldivian escape, this
fresh-faced flagship leads a carefully considered life of discreet tranquillity,
all the while moonlighting as a vibrant hub of Riviera-esque shenanigans.
Yes the villas and studios are the sanctuaries of serenity you would expect;
but it’s Fari Marina Village and Beach Club that are the true beating heart.
Guests flock here to dip in and out of the designer boutiques, sip an Aperol
spritz while renowned DJs mix on turntables, indulge in Michelin-starred
cuisine or move the party to the deck of a superyacht.

Mandarin Oriental, New York
Just one bite of the Big Apple makes you hungry for excitement.
Times Square pulsates with dazzling lights, not to mention captivating
museums and a maze of local eateries. Wake up to jaw-dropping views
of the Manhattan skyline from this upscale Asian-inspired outpost,
while savouring a stack of fluffy blueberry pancakes from the comfort
of your suite. Later, pedal off on a personalised hybrid cycle tour of one
of the city’s most iconic sights, Central Park, to discover its history and
landmarks; stopping to refuel with a delectable butler-served picnic.
Myconian Ambassador,
Mykonos, Greece
In an absolute gem of a location – elevated and overlooking the best-known beach on
Mykonos – this is where the sophisticated base themselves to enjoy the party scene
without jostling street crowds or being too isolated. With the most connected concierges
on hand to get you into the best beach clubs (two of the hottest, Namos and Scorpios,
are close by), find you the top tables (the hotel’s own Efisa is a strong candidate), and
direct you to the most fashionable designer boutiques on the island. Explore Mykonos
from a new perspective by helicopter or private yacht.

Great for
FAMILIES
Cultural Discovery, Thailand
A bustling capital, natural wilderness and picturesque beaches. What could be
more exciting than whisking the whole family away to the best Thailand has to
offer? Following a tuk tuk tour and exploring the kaleidoscopic floating markets
aboard a longtail boat, take time out in flamboyant Bangkok to meet a monk at
a hushed golden temple. Next stop: Chiang Mai and it’s emerald rice fields, for
nature-based activities like planting rice with the local farmers. When you reach the
island of Phuket, take to the waves on a private yacht to explore the hidden bays.
Celebrity Cruises®
Step aboard the revolutionary Celebrity
Edge® and wake up to a different view each
morning; exploring a multitude of countries,
cities and hidden coves, with the gleeful
perk of only having to unpack once. From
adventurous excursions on land to fun
activities on board, itineraries are crammed
with unforgettable experiences for the whole
family. Gather for a movie night under the
stars or enjoy theatre and live music. With
STEM subjects at its heart, Celebrity’s camp
at sea also invites younger ones to learn
about important topics like marine wildlife,
conservation and nautical exploration.
Four Seasons Resort Orlando
At Walt Disney World® Resort,
Florida
Great for
FAMILIES
Great for
FAMILIES
A trip here isn’t just about surprising the little
ones, but reinvigorating parent’s inner-children
too. Set right in the heart of Walt Disney World
itself, you couldn’t be closer to the action, where
the most special and magical moments are
personalised to you. It might be an action-packed
outing through the sprawling five-acre water
park, a VIP tour and breakfast with Goofy. Or it
could be a private meal on the rooftop restaurant
surrounded by the bright lights of sparkling
fireworks. Whatever a (big or small) child’s heart
desires, it can be magicked up here.

Rosewood Le Guanahani, St Barths
This reimagined island icon has created somewhat of a buzz among the ‘it’ crowd
that flock to St Barths. Le Guanahani has always been a bare-foot elegance kind
of place, but now with Rosewood as a prefix, the service is more sumptuous, and
the ease of living is more Caribbean than ever. It’s still got all the charm of the old
days but with some notable Rosewood enhancements; a Rosewood Spa has taken
already sensuous treatments and turned them into a truly restorative experience
and the addition of an Explorers kids’ club focusing on edutainment and tailoring
experiences to its location.
Jumeirah Al Naseem,
Dubai
Anchored on a seemingly endless private
stretch of coastline with lush gardens
providing pockets of peacefulness, Madinat
Jumeirah’s most modern option has the
makings of somewhere to escape the hustle
and bustle – but don’t let that fool you.
There’s an electric atmosphere that leads
exhilaration-seekers to the water’s edge to
hop onto jet skis, or, complimentary passes
in hand, to the neighbouring Wild Wadi
Waterpark. Flip the coin and it’s the desert
calling out with hot air ballooning and 4x4
adventures over the apricot waves, followed
by an al fresco dinner under star-filled skies.
Hello,
old friend!
Sometimes the most nourishing time is spent visiting the
familiar. Seeing friendly faces, igniting feelings of nostalgia
and returning to the sights and smells you love is often the
best antidote to discontent.

Grand Hotel Tremezzo,
Lake Como, Italy
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to feel like
nobility, this is the place. Prepare for full-on luxury
at every turn in this wonderfully over the top
property. Even when it comes to simply taking a dip,
you can flit between three different options; from the
water-on-water floating pool on the lake, the flower
pool infused with heady seasonal fragrances, and the
infinity pool in the T Spa. There’s also T Beach – a
classic lakeside lido inspired by the Belle Epoque era,
with real sand, loungers, parasols and mountain vistas
that have to be seen to be believed.
Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort, Greece
Minimalist. Elegant. Romantic. This enclave more than merits its place among the
Small Luxury Hotels of the World collection of outstanding boutique properties.
Cobbled paths lead to an exquisite white-painted retreat overlooking the Aegean.
With no outside guests allowed in, Mykonos Grand tunes out of the island’s
relentless partying and preening. Instead it’s a place to hide away from the world
and all its demands. You’d be forgiven for spending all your time confined here but
do step out to explore the sacred island of Delos, rich in history and culture.

The Ritz-Carlton Abama,
Tenerife
Far from a shrinking violet, this blooming
rose citadel closer resembles a small town than
a hotel, and its status on the island has flocks
of loyal guests returning to reside within its
walls. This is a place that feels like a quiet and
exclusive club for those eager to escape for
an ever-tempting week of warmth in Spain’s
sunniest spot. It’s worth remembering that
some of Tenerife’s best views can be found at
night; join the resident astronomer who will
unravel the mysteries of the universe while the
two Michelin-starred restaurant M.B, handles
the gourmet picnic.
Great for
FAMILIES
The Fairmont Royal Pavilion,
Barbados
Roll out of bed and on to the beach. Built
on the west shore before Barbados’ coastal
restrictions, it’s near impossible to find a greater
beach-side location than at this legendary hotel.
Evoking the feeling of being privileged guests
in a private home, it’s no surprise that the
charm of this enchanting retreat keeps regulars
returning year after year. A five-minute stroll
will bring you to the illustrious Lone Star
restaurant; renowned for its celebrity clientele
and to-die-for setting, it serves up heavenly
world cuisine with a cool Caribbean twist.
Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia,
Gran Canaria, Spain
Occupying a plum position steps from the beach
and a short stroll from the spectacular sand dunes
of Maspalomas, this is a serene spot in which to
kick back and relax. It’s the kind of super-civilised
space in which you find a piano bar and a bridge
salon; a distinctly Spanish home where dishes are
prepared by a Michelin-starred culinary master;
and where the feel of a country club combines
with the privacy of being at home. So homely is
the feeling, that when chatting to others by the
heated pool, you’ll struggle to find anyone who
hasn’t stayed here before.
Great for
FAMILIES
Marbella Club,
Costa del Sol, Spain
Evolving from an abandoned finca that formally
housed Prince Alfonso, this long-established
wholesome wonderland has now become a
royalty-welcoming guest house flowing with
old-school charm; greeting its loyal patrons, young
and old, each year. Within this tree-sheltered
haven, down by the pool is the central meeting
hub. Where parents and grandparents tell of their
day spent cooking with a local Spanish family,
and children gush about their time making pizzas
and mixing fragrances from the ingredients they
tended in their own garden patch.

A Classic Duo, Dubai & Maldives
Great for
FAMILIES
Two distinctive destinations, one match made in heaven – these two classic resorts
combine for a holiday of two halves. Full-blown modern Arabian splendour is
the watchword at One&Only Royal Mirage, Residence & Spa. Couples check-in for
boutique hotel levels of attention, but with all the luxuries and advantages of a
larger resort. Then, it’s on to arguably the Maldives’ premier address – One&Only
Reethi Rah, where no less than a dozen beaches, six restaurants and a one-of-a-kind
certified dive centre keeps ritzy-glitzy beach goers entwined in castaway comfort.
Constance Ephelia, Seychelles
Overlooking the marine national park of Port Launay and nestling within
almost 300 acres of lush vegetation, lies this firm family favourite. Combine
beach (unusually for the Seychelles, there’s a choice of two) with adventure in
the form of zip-lining, rock climbing, mountain biking and kayaking through
mangroves. The resort is also home to one of the largest spas in the region. The
spacious three-bedroom villas are our top pick for groups, they come complete
with private swimming pool and a courtyard perfect for al fresco dining.

Four Seasons Favourites,
Seychelles & Dubai
This is a brand that sees guests return time and time
again, where nothing but the best is good enough
and powerful first impressions last a lifetime.
Whatever paradise looks like, we think they found it
at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, which occupies one
of the most swoon-worthy bays on Mahé. Life is a
much slower pace here full of welcome distractions
and wholesome experiences. It’s a place to reunite and
reconnect. From visiting one old friend to another, head
to the city for some understated glamour and top-notch
service at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
Elounda Peninsula All Suite Hotel, Crete, Greece
A hideaway for halcyon days beside the beautiful Bay of Mirabello, this glamorous
all-suite hotel is a favoured haunt of Europe’s glitterati. There’s Ayurvedic
pampering in the Six Senses Spa or leisure activities like scuba diving, tennis and
golf. Double-storey Peninsula Collection suites are ideal for families and groups
of friends – each with a private pool – while Presidential Suites feature direct
access to the private beach or a jetty. The hotel’s yacht, Eliana K-IV, is available for
private charter and is the first Relais & Châteaux yacht in the world.

Hello, suite life!
British Airways continue to enhance their in-flight experience with the
roll out of its newest business class seat, Club Suite. Breathing fresh
life into their much-beloved Boeing 777s, the refit is expected to be
completed by the end of 2022.
The sophisticated Club Suite began its rollout in July 2019 on the first A350
and since then has been installed on the Boeing 787-10 aircraft. The seat offers
direct-aisle access, a suite door for even greater privacy and luxurious flat-bed seats
in a 1-2-1 configuration. Boasting 40 percent more storage, including a vanity unit
and mirror, WiFi, enviable 18.5-inch inflight entertainment screens, high definition
gate-to-gate programming and PC / USB power; every aspect of British Airways’
Club Suite has been designed with today’s luxury customer in mind.
