Depaz rhums draw their flavours and characteristics from Martinique’s volcanic soil. They
present floral notes of ripe sugar cane, orange blossom and exotic fruits.

rum with a rich, complex range of
aromas. A blend of subtle notes
of vanilla, coconut and chocolate.
Notes of fruit and spices, prune,
candied fruit, nutmeg, cinnamon.
Good roundness and a very
pleasant finish.

Finished 45%

Matured for at least eight years
in selected small oak barrels. It is
then finished for eleven months
in port casks which endow it
with gourmet stewed fruit and
fig aromas. A mature rum with a
complex wealth of aromas.

Ageing seven years. Light
mahogany colour like golden
almonds. A rum with a rich,
complex range of aromas, a blend
of vanilla and chocolate. Fruity
notes of roasted dry fruit and prune.
Hints of tobacco and coffee with
characteristic touches of mellow
woodiness and liquorice.
