STARGAZING
• A short and easy track leads to the
unfenced Glenbrook-Nepean Lookout
where you can gaze down the steep
tree-lined gorge on your left and
Nepean River on the right.
Trade the neon glare of the city for
the dark sky of the world heritage
listed wilderness with one of the
Blue Mountains Stargazing experiences.
• Awe-inspiring views can be found all
along the escarpment at Wentworth
Falls. Jamison Lookout gives expansive
views over Jamison Valley. Rocket Point,
Fletchers and Princes Rock Lookouts
all offer different and dazzling views
of the Falls.
• Sublime Point Lookout, in Leura, offers
birdwatching and scenic Jamison Valley
views that seem to go on forever.
• Cahill’s Lookout offers breathtaking
views of the Megalong Valley, Megalong
Head, Boars Head Rock and the Narrow
Neck Peninsula.
• Hargraves Lookout provides magnificent
views over Megalong Valley.
• Govetts Leap is one of the most famous
lookouts in Australia, with a stunning
waterfall plummeting down the cliff and
endless views across the Grose Valley.
• Perrys Lookdown offers grand views
from the top of the escarpment into
the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains

GLOW WORMS & FIREFLIES
There are a variety of tour guides offering
glow worm and firefly tours across the
Blue Mountains. These small group
tours take you walking through the
bush at night, into caves, canyons, or
rock overhangs, to discover a magical,
twinkling world.

ATTRACTIONS
• Glenbrook Cinema is a charming spot
to catch art house, award-winning and
contemporary films.
• Mount Vic Flicks cinema is a revamped
1930s public hall, showing mainstream
and art house movies, and serving
home baked goods.
• Those with an appreciation of history,
architecture and photography must
visit Lennox Bridge, the oldest bridge
on mainland Australia.
• The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden,
Mount Tomah is the spectacular cool
climate garden of the Royal Botanic
Garden and Domain Trust.
• Echo Point is home to the famous Three
Sisters. It is surrounded by bushwalks,
amazing lookouts and world-famous
views of the Jamison Valley.
