PERMANENT ADHESIVE VISTASOL® R
PHYSICO-CHEMICAL NATURE: Colourless solution of acrylovinylic
polymers in organic solvents; readily mixable with all other
TACK: Medium/low
Vistasol ® grades and with Resina SF, SF/A, BR, BR2;
may be applied onto the films of these products
OPTIMAL WORKING CONDITIONS: temperature: 24-28 C;
relative humidity: 55-70%;
USAGE: On printing tables and flatbed printing machines
SUITABLE FOR: - silk,
- cotton,
- polyester;
* specially suited to work on heated tables fitted with inner
electric resistor; the film shows reduced thermal sensitivity and
very good wear resistance.
APPLICATION: Spread with metal squeegee or wooden one fitted with rubber
edge; on machines keep blanket in continuous movement.
QUANTITY: First run: 1 kg/10 m 2
To restore tack : 0.5 kg/10 m 2
DILUTION: With acetone, ethyl acetate
WORN-OUT FILM REMOVAL: With Persolvan NV, Solvecol (Villa Ind.
Chim.); if other suitable solvents such as ethyl acetate,
acetone, butyl acetate are used, first control compatibility with
blanket and follow instructions of blanket producer.
FILM CLEANING: With neutral detergents, e.g. Tergo-pol (Villa Ind. Chim.).
Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.
