USAGE: If applied onto an adhesive film, it hinders the migration of 

plasticizers and dyes adsorbed on the adhesive's surface and 

levels irregularites of the worn-out film. 

APPLICATION: Spread with metal squeegee or wooden one fitted with rubber 

edge; on printing machines keep blanket in continuous 

movement.

LEVELLING RESIN RESINA BR2 

PHYSICO-CHEMICAL NATURE: Solution of acrylovinylic polymers in organic 

solvents 

TACK: None 



USAGE: 1) Levelling action: It perfectly levels the blanket of hand tables 

and machines, yielding a surface ideally suited to the 

application of a fresh adhesive layer. 

2) Barrier: It may also be used as a barrier layer, in the same 

manner as Resina BR.

If the surface to be levelled features considerable irregularities, a

in organic solvents; readily mixable with all other Vistasol ® 

grades and with Resina SF, SF/A, BR, BR2; may be 

applied onto the films of these products

USAGE: On printing tables and flat screen printing machines 

SUITABLE FOR: - cotton, 

- wool, 

- Nylon, 

- Lycra, 

- acrylic fibres, 

- situssa, 

- synthetic fibres jersey;

DILUTION: With acetone, ethyl acetate 

WORN-OUT FILM REMOVAL: With Persolvan NV, Solvecol (Villa Ind. 

Chim.); if other suitable solvents such as ethyl acetate, 

acetone, butyl acetate are used, first control compatibility with 

blanket and follow instructions of blanket producer. 

FILM CLEANING: With neutral detergents, e.g. Tergo-pol (Villa Ind. Chim.). 

Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.


PERMANENT ADHESIVE VISTASOL® CL

in organic solvents; readily mixable with all other Vistasol ® 



TACK: Very strong 



USAGE: On printing tables and flat screen printing machines 

SUITABLE FOR: - wool,

- acrylic fibres, 

- synthetic fibres jersey, 

- Quiana, 

- elasticized fabrics; 

* The adhesive film obtained shows very good wear 

resistance

USAGE: On screen printing tables 

SUITABLE FOR: - heavy wool, 

- plush, 

- elasticized fabrics, 

- fabrics posing adhesion problems, even with Vistasol ® C 

sp. and CL because of particular pre-treatment or low 

working temperature; 

APPLICATION: Spread with metal or rubber squegee. 

QUANTITY: First run: 1 kg/10 m2

NEW PERMANENT ADHESIVE VISTASOL® F 

PHYSICO-CHEMICAL NATURE: Solution of acrylovinylic polymers in 

organic solvents; readily mixable with all other Vistasol ® 



TACK: Strong

Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry. 

ADVANTAGES: The excellent elasticity of the Vistasol F film assures 

persistence of tack over long periods, and a good versatility 

towards different fabrics; a good adhesion of the fabric is 

coupled with a soft release after printing. The absorbtion of 

dyestuffs has been further reduced.


PERMANENT ADHESIVE VISTASOL® KB 

PHYSICO-CHEMICAL NATURE: Colourless solution of acrylovinylic 

polymers in organic solvents; readily mixable with all other 

TACK: Medium 

Vistasol ® grades and with Resina SF, SF/A, BR, BR2; 

may be applied onto the films of these products 



USAGE: On screen printing tables 

SUITABLE FOR: - silk, 

- cotton, 

- polyester; 

* specially suited to printing with emulsified dyes 

APPLICATION: Spread with metal doctor blade or wooden one fitted with 

rubber edge 











NEW THERMOPLASTIC ADHESIVE VISTASOL® neoTP/R 

PHYSICO-CHEMICAL NATURE: Organic solution of acrylovinylic copolymers 

USAGE: Special thermoplastic adhesive for textile printing on rotary 

machines; it may also be applied on flatbed machines. 

FABRIC PRINTING: Vistasol ® neoTP/R film is thermosensitive; it is activated by 

heating above 35 C. 

APPLICATION: The adhesive is spread with a metal squeegee, while the blanket is 

in continuous movement. 

QUANTITY: First run: 1.5-2 kg/10 m 2 

Tack restoration: 0.7-1 kg/10 m 2 

WORN-OUT FILM REMOVAL: Remove film with Persolvan NV, Solvecol (Villa 

Ind. Chim.); if other suitable solvents such as ethyl acetate, acetone, 

butyl acetate are used, first control compatibility with blanket and 

follow instructions of blanket producer.

FABRIC PRINTING: a) Thermal action: Vistasol ® neoTP40 film is thermo- 

sensitive; it is activated by heating above 40 C. 

b) Pressure: Vistasol ® neoTP40 film is activated at 

room temperature by calender pressure of 2 - 3 atm, according to 

fabric type.

VISTASOL 

VISTASOL SPRAY 

VISTASOL is formulated as an aerosol adhesive for 

more practical coating of small surfaces, such as in 

T-shirt printing. In this form also VISTASOL 

retains the same technical characteristics which 

are widely appreciated in the adhesive solutions 

used for fabric printing on hand tables, automatic 

rotary and flatbed machines. 

The main features of VISTASOL SPRAY are: 

• VISTASOL SPRAY do not contain chlorinated 

solvents; they do not contain ozone-depleting 

solvents/propellants. 

• They achieve perfect adhesion of any type or 

woven or knitted fabric to the working 

surface. 

• They do not leave any sticky residue on the 

fabric. 

• They have a good resistance against solvents 

contained in the printing pastes. 

• They may be repeatedly washed with water to 

remove lint or dye residues, without 

impairing their performance; 

• They may be removed from the working surface with common organic solvents, 

such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, acetone, ethyl alcohol. We recommend the use 

of our solvent PERSOLVAN NV, because of its virtual non-toxicity and its very low 

fire hazard. 

• They dry quickly due to the immediate evaporation of their solvents; this allows for 

minimum downtime. 

VISTASOL SPRAY is offered in four formulations: 

1. VISTASOL SPRAY SUPER (green label): Strong tack, for light sateen fabrics; 

2. VISTASOL SPRAY SPECIAL (blue label): Very strong tack, for heavy and lintreleasing 

fabrics (e.g. plush, wool); 

3. VISTASOL SPRAY PLUS (yellow label): Extra strong tack, for all those fabrics which 

give adhesion problems with other Vistasol Spray types; 

4. THERMOSOL SPRAY (red label): Heat-resistant adhesive for flash cure printing with

Villa Industrie Chimiche S.r.l. - Vistasol
