NEW THERMOPLASTIC ADHESIVE VISTASOL® neoTP/R<br />
PHYSICO-CHEMICAL NATURE: Organic solution of acrylovinylic copolymers<br />
USAGE: Special thermoplastic adhesive for textile printing on rotary<br />
machines; it may also be applied on flatbed machines.<br />
FABRIC PRINTING: <strong>Vistasol</strong> ® neoTP/R film is thermosensitive; it is activated by<br />
heating above 35 C.<br />
APPLICATION: The adhesive is spread with a metal squeegee, while the blanket is<br />
in continuous movement.<br />
QUANTITY: First run: 1.5-2 kg/10 m 2<br />
Tack restoration: 0.7-1 kg/10 m 2<br />
WORN-OUT FILM REMOVAL: Remove film with Persolvan NV, Solvecol (<strong>Villa</strong><br />
Ind. Chim.); if other suitable solvents such as ethyl acetate, acetone,<br />
butyl acetate are used, first control compatibility with blanket and<br />
follow instructions of blanket producer.<br />
FILM CLEANING: Use neutral detergents, e.g. Tergo-pol (<strong>Villa</strong> Ind. Chim.). Rinse<br />
thoroughly and allow to dry.<br />
