protection spell and taking the
ring. Luckily, Lizzie still had her
castle and the rest of her stuff.
The robbers knew it was a
special ring that would make
its owner rich. They got into
a huge fight over who got to
keep the ring—they all wanted
it because there was only one.
Then, the head robber showed
up. He was the charge. The
head robber took the special
diamond ring. The three
robbers ran after them.
Lizzie was on her unicorn
flying over the forest when she
saw the robbers running after
the head robber. Lizzie was
happy to have found her ring.
She knew she had to hurry in
case they hurt the ring.
Lizzie felt scared and sad. It
was a very special ring that
her grandmother had given to
her for her fifth birthday. Her
grandma had since passed
away, so the ring was very important
to Lizzie. Lizzie’s plan
to get the ring back was to go
to the robber’s house while
the robber was sleeping. She
was going to steal it back!
That night the head robber
had the ring at his house.
The robber was holding the
ring and there was a bunch
of money and gold and
diamonds around him. He was
getting pretty rich. Lizzie was
getting really mad because
the robber was using her
special diamond ring.
When the robber went to
sleep, he dropped the special
diamond ring onto the pillow
next to him. Lizzie saw the
diamond ring. She snuck into
his house very quietly so that
she didn’t wake up the robber.
She grabbed the diamond ring
and then flew away on her
unicorn. Lizzie was so happy to
have gotten the ring back.
The next morning the head
robber woke up and saw that
the ring was gone and felt
so confused. The other three
robbers were so mad at him
for losing the ring. The robbers
knew that they were going to
be poor forever.
