We have the honour of being guests on this land, the traditional lands 

and waters of the Petun and Wendat Peoples, the Anishinaabek and 

Haudenosaunee Confederacies, and most recently the Mississaugas 

of the Credit River, as well as many other Indigenous nations, some of 

whose names are no longer remembered. We acknowledge all who came 

before us and have travelled the lands and waters of this territory. By 

saying the names of its original keepers, we remember that this territory 

continues to be subject to the Dish with One Spoon Wampum Belt 

Covenant, an agreement between the Haudenosaunee Confederacy and 

Three Fires Confederacy of the Anishinaabeg to peaceably share and 

care for the resources around the Great Lakes. Today, the meeting place 

of Toronto is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across the 

continent, and we are grateful to work in the community on this territory. 

While reconciliation means different things to each community, let it 

compel all of us to move beyond words of acknowledgement. If it were a 

word in Anishinaabemowin, it would be a verb meaning to make right the 

wrongs, and in co text, to commit to learning the history and responsibility 

in the genocide, displacement, and theft of land from the Indigenous 

nations across the land known as Canada and to continuously decolonize 

colonial frameworks and roles that were imposed upon Indigenous 

nations. We remind ourselves of how urgently current this history is and 

that we all have a choice in how we participate in the treaty of this place.

INTRODUCTION

In May of 2021, more than a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, we were 

thrilled to once again launch our 360° Stories program online with 24 

amazing young students in East Scarborough! 

During the month-long creative writing and art program, students experimented 

with different forms of storytelling, including short fiction, 

poetry, memoir, and visual art. They worked closely with professional 

writers and artists to explore their creative voices, eventually choosing 

a piece of work to dig into and refine for publication. 

The results are stories about events imaginary and real: lost hamsters 

and time travel, human lizards and superheroes, battles between good 

and evil and everything in between. 

We’d like to honour these amazing young authors who, despite a year of 

uncertainty, stress, and big changes, explored, created and shared their 

voices. A big thank you to our partners who made this project possible: 

the City of Toronto Arts Services, and Scarborough Arts. 

Please enjoy these works recognizing the unique time in which they 

were brought to life! We can’t wait to read and see what each young author 

creates next!

My Favourite Place 

My favourite place in my neighbourhood is a tree at my school 

I enjoy climbing that tree in my free time 

I wish there was a beach in my neighbourhood 

Because the beach is too far away 

The time I met someone special was when my sister was born 

I was really happy seeing my sister for the first time 

Got to hold her, so that was cool 

I was really happy 

I was so excited to meet her 

My sister 

Once I went on vacation to a different country with my cousin 

We were looking around when I saw the lizard on the wall 

I was happy before I saw the lizard 

I was scared after I saw the lizard 

But when I started to talk to my cousin 

I calmed down 

Me: Ahh is that a lizard? 

Cousin: Yes! 

Me: I’ve never seen one so close! 

Cousin: Oh really? 

Me: Yeah, they look so weird! 

I went running up the hill 

It was really hard, but it was also fun 

I ran it in different ways

The Wreck

Origin Story: The Wreck 

Once upon a time there was an egg that was protected by a creature that humans 

could never see. This creature was called Arsh and he lived a very lonely 

life. If a human looked into the eyes of Arsh, they would immediately turn into 

stone. Arsh never did any harm to humans. All he wanted was to have a child—a 

son, to be specific—so he wouldn’t be lonely anymore. 

A titan called Buzagoobaba drained away Arsh’s powers and then laid eight 

eggs. The Buzagoobaba forgot to destroy the egg that Arsh had been protecting 

and it mixed in with her eggs without her noticing. And from that egg, a 

thing hatched that no man had ever seen… 

From that day on, Arsh’s son learned an ability: to use atomic breath to destroy 

whatever he wanted. But when he looked down on the people, he noticed 

something in them. They couldn’t harm any titan, and all they wanted to do was 

live a happy life. The creature—who would come to be known as The Wreck— 

grew sad. The creature was sad because of the people that were dying because 

of the violent titans. 

The Wreck looked at the humans from his secret hiding place, and suddenly, he 

started to shrink. He became human! He didn’t know how he became a human, 

but it was actually because he’d been born next to the eight eggs of Buzagoobaba 

and had inherited the power to transform into a human! 

Although JTT (The Wreck’s human name) had a lot of powers, the titans he was 

going up against could still easily one-punch him to the ground, so he hid in his 

human form in a land called Scarborough. 

On the day of our story, JTT went to a Starbucks on Lawrence Avenue East. 

When he got there, he realized that this was where his father—the creature 

from the beginning of the story—had died. He asked the barista for the blood 

of his father.

Origin Story: The Wreck 

“What do you mean, the blood of the father?” the barista asked, very confused. 

JTT responded, “He was the creature that used to live here, and died on this exact 

spot. I know you have the blood.” 

The barista went in back and got the blood. It was in an indestructible pot because 

it was very toxic for humans. 

When JTT got the blood of his father, he drank it. When he drank it, he felt all of 

his powers grow ten times stronger. Poor JTT had never been able to meet his 

father, he really wished he could. He felt a connection with his father at that 

moment, one he had never felt before. He also had the knowledge of where every 

titan was, and which titans had tried to hurt Arsh. Some titans had wanted 

to destroy JTT’s father because he was the only powerful creature who wanted 

to save the humans. Even though he was in his human form, JTT had become 

incredibly powerful. 

With his newfound powers, JTT prepared to travel all over the world to avenge 

his father and save the human race, but that is a story for another day...

Zelda was making a potion 

She was adding heart-shaped pink powder 

She was stirring it 

To pour all over the world 

To make people her slaves 

Because she didn’t have enough 

To make her feel like a queen 

She launched a bucket of the potion into space 

It poured over the world 

And then people started changing 

Their arms turned pink 

Their eyes turned pink 

And their lips turned pink 

They walked to her kingdom 

And she laughed evilly 

And they listened to her 

They made her new clothes 

And new shoes 

And they made her dinner 

Zelda felt like a queen 

The people were hypnotized 

And after all she was happy... 

But she regretted it 

Because her friends got hypnotized too 

So she took the spell away and everyone was unhypnotized 

She learned her lesson: Do not trick people

Because it can turn on you 

She decided to turn into a normal person 

And now she’s happy 

From the People’s Point of View 

I was sitting in my room reading a book 

When suddenly I felt drips on my head 

And then I wasn’t me 

And I was walking to a place I did not know 

I was confused 

Then I was making shoes for a witch 

And making her dinner along with clothes 

Then I was me again and I ran home 

And never said a word about it 

I was confused and couldn’t sleep that night 

But in the morning everything went back to normal

Crash 

Egg was a pilot who crashed onto an island. 

The island was very rocky and had a red sun in the morning, 

which meant the weather and the water were rough. 

There was material on it, like rocks and shelter and crabs. 

He survived by using coconuts for food and 

water. 

He tried to make a raft out of lashing and sticks.

Crash 

But it did not work. The sharks nearby thought the raft 

was food, so Egg built rocks on the bottom. He got a 

quarter of the way out, but he realized that the current 

was too strong. You know how when you’re nervous 

and your sweat feels cold? That’s what Egg felt like. 

With some scraps of metal that he found drifting in the 

water, Egg fixed the weaknesses of his raft in hopes of 

getting to Boston, the closest city to the island. 

He waited until night so the current wouldn’t be as 

strong. This time, he got three-quarters of the way 

there, but again the rough current broke his boat. 

Egg swam the rest of the way to Boston. 

In Boston, Egg got a job as a lumberjack so he could buy 

a boat to get back to Toronto where he was from. After 

making enough, he got on his new boat and made his way 

back to Toronto. When he arrived, he was in Livingston 

but he needed to get to Scarborough. It was a long walk, 

but he eventually made it.

Guys, we are lost, so get out your tents.

CHARLOTTE 

OMG guys, I’m not sleepy but if I don’t sleep then 

I will be tired in the morning and when I’m tired in 

the morni— 

ELLE 

Shut up! 

JACKIE 

Charlotte, what Elle means is that you’re disturbing 

everyone, so maybe you’d like to go on your laptop 

and study next week’s work! 

CHARLOTTE

JACKIE

CHARLOTTE 

(Wakes up and sees the red-eyed nun in the corner 

of her eye. Keeps quiet and hides.)

(Grabs Tucker and runs to the red-eyed nun.) 


(Turns around.)

(Hypnotizes the red-eyed nun.) 


(Goes under command.) 

TUCKER 

(Tells her to unmask herself.) 


(Unmasks herself.) 

TUCKER 

Katie?!? 

KATIE

(Grabs Katie’s phone and calls 911.)

Superpowers 

Hello, I am Cidros and this is my family. We 

have powers, but we don’t tell anyone because 

of the king. I can make things move 

with my mind. My sister can breathe fire and 

ice. My dad has super strength, and my mom 

can go invisible. Also, there’s a baby, and he 

has all the powers of all of us. 

One day I was walking. I heard a cry for help. I 

went, and I saw an old man who needed help— 

his house was falling on him. I came to help 

him, and I used my powers to lift up the house. 

The old man was surprised. 

The next day I was sleeping, and I was awoken 

by a noise. Downstairs, a soldier said to my 

mom, “Have you seen anyone with superpowers?” 

My mom said, “No.” 

My mom was calling me. I didn’t know why. I 

came downstairs. She said, “Do you know why 

I called you?” I said, “No.” She looked mad. She 

said, “‘Cause the king knows someone in the 

town has superpowers.” If the king found out, 

he would put us in prison. 

“Someone used their powers, and it was you, 

because you were the only one outside.” 

“Just because you used your powers, you cannot 

go outside for a month.”

Superpowers 

ONE MONTH LATER…. 

I wasn’t grounded anymore. I was walking and 

I saw a soldier. The old man was there too. He 

whispered, to the soldier, “That’s him! He’s the 

one who helped me!” The soldier handcuffed 

me. I didn’t know why. 

He took me to the king. They tasered me, and I 

went unconscious. When I woke up, there was 

a pool of lava under me. I was on a rope and 

hanging. 

My mother came out of nowhere. She used 

her invisibility and took out all the soldiers. My 

dad, sister, and baby were there. 

My sister took out the other soldiers. We all 

used our powers to stop the king. 

We saw all the other people who had powers 

like us in the prison. We told the king to free all 

the prisoners, and he said okay.

My dad became king, my mom became queen, 

and my sister became princess, and I became 

prince. The baby just stayed a baby.

The Three Cities of War

Mongoro and Mongoris: The Three Cities of War 

Character Profiles 

Mongoro has black spiky hair. He knows how to brew potions. He is positive. He 

was born with purple blood, has spiked teeth, and his body is made out of steel. 

To use his ability, emperor blast beam, Mongoris has to be involved. For this attack 

to work, one hand of Mongoro and Mongoris has to make a circle, then the 

beam charges up and hits the target. His other ability, steel blast, shoots out a 

beam of steel. The beam colour is grey. 

Mongoris has the same hair as Mongoro, and is also made out of steel. He has a 

different ability: powers rage, which uses a purple-blue blitz and charges at the 

enemies. It has a 37% speed boost when power rage is activated, but it could 

miss if the target moves out of the rage ability. 

Malatang has steel hair. Meditates gives him a 24% boost in battle. His ability 

is steel blitz, which can blitz to the enemy and uses recoil to hit himself. The 

enemy recoil with meditation can cause insane recoil to defeat the enemy in 

an instant. 

Balara has hair made of the sun moon. He has a cloak that’s made of chain, 

steel and glass with a sun shape. He has a sun staff that has the power to use 

sun blast: it’s able to reflect on the glass then, when the reflection goes to the 

staff, the beam shoots out. He knows how friction works and uses his knowledge 

from books to predict attacks. 

Ortaro has demon red hair. He was born a demon, has a demon red cloak, and 

he predicts the future. His ‘power demon slash’ is a close range attack where 

his sword can be thrown or held. When he holds it to attack there’s a special 

speed boost of 20%. When thrown, attack power increases by 30% and follows 

the target until five hits are made.

Alar has purple void hair. He can teleport. When he’s in trouble he can summon 

toxic goo clones; a target hit by these clones is weakened. His ability, darkened 

blast, has a purple beam that summons the toxic goo and the blast, if it hits the 

target, will weaken it. 

Mollis Has moldy hair and his whole body is made of mold. His ability, molded 

infection, infects enemies nearby to control them. It is very useful on defense 

and uses enemies as a shield. 

Calabris Has a black cloak and has steel hair. He lives in Coiled City. His ability, 

coiled blast, blasts recoil made out of coil and blasts the target in an instant. 

Mongoro and Mongoris’s Adventures 

Episode One: St. Louis Madness 

It all starts with Mongoro and Mongoris. Mongoris was a bad guy, jealous of Mongoro 

because he thought that Mongoro got more attention than him in St.Louis. 

Mongoris’ brother, Mongoro, always told him, “We both rule St. Louis,” but he 

never believed Mongoro, because he thought he tricked him for no reason. 

So Mongoris thought that Mongoro was the bad guy. One day, Mongoro told the 

truth. 

“Mongoris, you are my brother. We both rule St. Louis, even though I get more 

attention, we both rule it.” And then Mongoris understood. 

Then Balara came to rule St. Louis; he turned it into an abandoned city of dust 

and darkness. Mongoro and Mongoris were going up against a hard battle— 

Balara was very hard to beat. Mongoro and Mongoris combined their power

against Balara, but Balara used sun power against them. Then they used their 

emperor blast beam and defeated Balara! 

After they defeated Balara they headed to Crystal Cove City, a city underground 

with crystals hanging on the ceiling. Every crystal that dropped honoured a person 

who made a sacrifice for their city. Malatang, a mythical creature who was 

friends with the brothers, was captured and put into a cage. He was hanging on 

a rope that was about to detach. They freed Malatang by opening the cage. 

Mongoris asked, “Malatang, how did you get captured in that cage on the rope 

and who captured you?” 

“I don’t know,” said Malatang. “I was looking at the crystals, studying them, then 

I got hit from behind. I got captured, but I used my phone and was able to get a 

picture of the person who captured me. He had a black cloak and some fire goo 

that burned the rope and dropped me into the lava. If you didn’t come in time, 

I’d be defeated by the lava by now.” 

The three friends went back to St. Louis to examine the picture of the mysterious 

person who’d captured Malatang. Mongoro and Mongoris had a special 

photo examiner help them identify the mysterious person. The examiner said 

that the person lived in Coiled City, so they went to Coiled City. 

When they got there Malatang said, “This city looks different from Crystal 

Cove.” It was a city of gears and other mechanical parts. You could use the 

gears to go up and down. 

Then Alar appeared and said, “Oh! Who are you?” 

Malatang, Mongoro, and Mongoris said who they were. 

Alar said, “Hm, wanna battle in a friendly fight?”

“Okay,” said Mongoro, but he was confused about why Alar wanted a friendly 

fight. 

Mongoris whispered to Mongoro, “He might have said that on purpose to defeat 

you.” 

“Okay,” Mongoro whispered back. 

As the fight started Mongoro immediately used steel blast, but Alar reacted 

like it didn’t exist and dodged it. Then Alar used his ability, darkened blast, and 

Mongoro was destroyed. 

“I knew this wasn’t a friendly fight, you just destroyed my brother,” Mongoris 

said. 

Malatang said, “I’ll get revenge for Mongoro!” 

“Me too,” Mongoris said. 

“Oh—two on one, you’re on,” Alar said. 

As the fight started, Alar immediately used darkened blast, then Mongoris responded 

back with power rage. Mongoris charged at Alar. Alar took a huge hit. 

Mongoris said, “Oh great, it’s this guy.” 

Another person had shown up. 

Mongoris said, “It’s Ortaro.”

“Who’s Ortaro?” Malatang asked. 

“Ortaro is a demon. He was born a demon,” Mongoris said. 

“Wait, what did you just say?” Malatang asked. 

“He was born a demon.” 

As the fight continued, Mongoris used the power rage to defeat Alar. Ortaro 

was the only one left. Malatang revived Mongoro and then it was a three on one. 

Ortaro was defeated by a steel blitz by Malatang. Then, the three of them went 

on to find the mysterious person who had captured Malatang at Crystal Cove.

I will be a successful writer one day. 


After this story, I will write Mongoro and Mongoris’s Adventures Episode 

2: Biotech Madness. 

Mongoro, Mongoris, and the other characters from my story will all be 

returning. The jawbreaker fish will also make an appearance.

food always looks good. I like how they made a dish of rice with rose petals. My 

favourite character in Food Wars is Souma because he’s very creative with the

those dishes someday.

There was this little bunny named Kasha. She was a beautiful bunny with white 

fur and brown eyes. She was pretty, like me. She was wearing a dress. The dress 

was white and at the bottom, where it covered her legs, there was blue. She was 

10 years old. She had a backpack that was blue and had a Pokemon sticker on 

it. She liked to make up her own anime, or draw from cartoons. She also liked to 

play with her little brother. She played this game called Catch the Finger: she, 

Kasha, spun her finger and her little brother had to try and catch it. The baby 

brother was called Caleb; he was two years old. 

Kasha was a good bunny but was failing her grades. She was spending a bunch 

of time drawing and not doing her homework. At school when the teacher was 

teaching, she was drawing on her desk, or in her notebook. 

Her mom and dad were strict because in their past their parents were really 

strict. They found each other and fell in love, but when they had a child they 

became strict because they wanted their daughter to be rich and smart. Kasha 

was failing school and not doing her homework, so her parents kicked her out 

the house. 

Kasha was really sad because she thought she was gonna die in the woods now 

that she had no one who loved her. She was wandering around the woods trying 

to find shelter when she came across a wolf. 

The wolf had blue pants and a red shirt and was taking a walk outside. Kasha 

did not know that the wolf was friendly. She started running back home, but the 

wolf caught up to her and picked her up and hugged her. Kasha felt like she was 

loved again. 

And then the wolf said, “What are you doing in the woods?” 

Kasha said, “My parents kicked me out so I need to find shelter.”

When Kasha turned 19 she was walking around getting fresh air when her parents 

came running up to her. 

Her parents said, “Please come back—we need you.”

Her parents got mad, but then they walked away and the bunny went back to 

the wolf’s house because that was her new home.

The character’s name is Human-Lizard. This comic is a memoir about their 

family of half-human/half-lizards and how they live. They are not like the other 

humans because they live deep in a cave in the jungle and they go to school 

with humans. 

Human-Lizard goes to school at 8:30 a.m. and comes back home at 3 p.m. 

When they come home, they read their favourite comic “Fox-Human,” which 

is about a human who turns into a fox whenever there is danger so that he can 

protect the innocent. Human-Lizard likes this comic because they want to be 

a superhero and are taking tips from these comics.

My sister said something

When I met my current best friend 

I can’t really think of a memory that I wish I could change

There was a baby with a baby head and a dog body named Blue. He would always 

get bullied for how he looked. He would start to cry and then he would 

go home and play with his dog toys. After he would play with his dog toys, he 

would be happy and then his mom would take him on a walk. After that, when 

he got back home, he played with his brother and sister and that brought him 

even more happiness. 

Still, at night, Blue prayed for all of the bullies to become baby-dogs so that he 

wouldn’t feel so different. The next day, when Blue woke up and got to school, 

he saw that all of his bullies had become baby-dogs! Blue was shocked. 

He asked his mom to take him on a walk after school and his mom said, “What 

are you talking about? You’re a human now!” 

“What are you talking about?” Blue exclaimed. 

He ran to a mirror and saw that he was fully a human baby now. Brown skin, 

black hair, big eyes. He felt so happy that he was a human now! 

The next day, Blue went to school and he bullied all of his bullies. But soon after, 

he started to feel that it was wrong to bully anyone. 

He went up to the bullies and said, “I’m sorry for bullying you, and I want to be 

friends.” 

And they said they were sorry for bullying him, too. They all became best friends, 

lived happily ever after as baby-dog humans, and played games.

Long ago in East Asia, in the country of Japan, in the city of Kyoto, there lived a 

boy named Yong Bao who only had his mother by his side. They were living on 

the streets. One day starvation came, but they had no food. Yong Bao went to 

look for food. He saw a group of older children who were eating dumplings and 

hotpots. 

Yong Bao ran at the group. He didn’t know what he was doing, but he took a 

plate of dumplings from one of the boys. The group started chasing him over 

fences, around cars, and under small bridges until Yong Bao reached a dead 

end. The group of boys ran at him and started hitting him and beating him up. 

One boy took a glass bottle and was about to break it on Young Bao’s head 

when a mysterious man came in and helped the little boy. 

The mysterious man did flips and tricks and hit the mean group members. Then, 

when the group members were tired of fighting, they ran away. 

The boy asked the mysterious man, “Who are you? And why did you help me?” 

He did not answer, but he told the boy something that would change his life 

forever.

That One OP Boy 

Zuitye Fuchicume was a 12-year-old swordsman who also had the ability to 

control magic. He was short with spiky black hair. He lived in the village called 

That One Village. He had a best friend called That One Boy Eugeo, who was also 

a swordsman and magic. He also had a sensei called Tiffany (who was a boy). 

There were goblins that roamed that village and ate people. The mission of 

swordsmen and magicians, like Zuitye and his friends, was to defeat the goblins 

so that people could live in peace. 

One regular day Zuitye was training to protect his village. Then he was assigned 

a mission with his friends. They all encountered goblins on that mission. His 

friends helped him defeat goblins—they also wielded weapons and powers to 

help. Zuitye eventually used a blood breathing technique to defeat the goblins. 

Once they were caught off guard in the forest while on a mission. A special-grade 

goblin called George attacked them and threatened to destroy the 

whole village. They got into a grand battle. They used the blood breathing technique, 

their most powerful attack. Zuitye almost lost the battle until his friend 

came to the rescue. Their friend used dip breathing to help. They won! And they 

forever got rid of goblins.

Sophia is a human and she’s 16 years old. She loves to do some funny TikToks. 

Her goal is to become famous on TikTok. She loves to eat anything edible. She 

has a pet hamster, Fur Ball. Her personality is clumsy, but she is smart. She lives 

close to her school. She has beautiful, red, long hair and green eyes. 

On a typical day, Sophia starts her morning by playing with her pets and giving 

them breakfast. Then she has her own breakfast, which is eggs and bacon. Today 

is her first day at the new school, so she gets ready for it. 

As she is biking to school through her quiet neighborhood, she realizes she has 

forgotten to wear her helmet. She goes back to pick it up and because of that 

she’s late for school. When she finally gets to her class, she thinks to herself, 

Did I forget my backpack or not? She looks at her back to check if it’s there and 

she realizes that it is. 

She makes an excuse to her teacher about being late. 

“I slept late last night and I couldn’t find my pet hamster,” Sophia says. 

“It’s fine,” the teacher says kindly. 

Sophia sighs in relief and feels okay now. 

As she walks towards her desk she bumps into someone and falls. “Sorry!” she 

says. 

“It’s okay, I’m alright,” the other girl says as she helps Sophia up and picks up her 

books. 

“Thank you! I’m Sophia by the way. What’s your name?”

“I’m Maria. I’m 16 years old. Nice to meet you. Do you want to sit with me?” 

“Sure, I guess,” Sophia says shyly. 

The rest of the day at school feels hard because she keeps on embarrassing 

herself in front of the class because she keeps on falling, or taking the wrong 

stuff, or dropping things. But after the day is over she opens her TikTok account 

to make a funny TikTok to feel better. Just as she finishes, Maria comes to her 

and Sophia quickly turns off her phone. 

“Are you okay?” Maria asks. 

“Yeah, I guess,” Sophia replies. 

“Do you like to do TikTok?” Maria asks. 

“Yeah I like to do TikToks and I try to become famous,” Sophia says. 

“Oh, what kind of TikToks do you like to do?” asks Maria. 

“I like to do some funny TikToks. Do you also like doing funny TikToks?” Sophia 

asks. 

“Yeah! I also like doing funny TikToks,” replies Maria excitedly. 

They keep on making funny TikToks together. Then after they become friends, 

they start hanging out together. Then they start to become famous.

Panel One 

Narrator: In this world some people are born with a specific type of essence, 

special, reality, energy, elemental and psychic. There are monsters called 

Threats that can be a different level based on power, so a group of people are 

put in teams to defend the world from the Threats. For this story, we’ll follow 

the adventures of Yuto Yekuichi. 

Panel Two 

Yuto: Hello, my siblings and I would like to sign up to be able to kill Threats. 

Receptor: You will have to take three tests: a mental test, a physical test, and 

a tournament fight. You will get different amounts of points based on how well 

you do on the tests. The amount you need is 7000. If you place first you get 

2000 points; second, you receive 1000; finally, third gives you 900. But if you 

win the tournament, you will get 6000 points. 

Yuto: Wow! Those are many points. I am short of time to win this tournament 

and start slaying these Threats. 

Elder brother: Sure you will. 

Younger sister: Don’t be so mean. It is his dream. 

Elder brother: Fine.

His favourite food is chopped steak. His ultimate goal is to defeat the enemy 

boss, Soul. He spends his time doing his favourite hobbies. 

This character has the ability of telekinesis. He knows that he has to use crystals 

to defeat Soul, the strongest enemy of all. He knows that you have to play 

it from a flute. This he knows from someone who worked for Soul.

Once upon a time there was a brown fire dragon called Sliym who lived in the 

Scarborough Bluffs. All he wanted was to be a good dragon, not get into trouble, 

and play the drums. He was 47 years old, very young in dragon years. 

He had an older sibling called Jewels who was 156 years old. His sibling was very 

strict and kind of mean. One day Sliym borrowed something from his sibling 

but forgot to give it back, so they got into a fight. 

Whenever Sliym felt sad he went to get pizza and dragon fruit, so after his fight 

with Jewels he went to get his snacks. Then he flew above the Scarborough 

Bluffs to hover and watch people while he ate his pizza and dragon fruit. 

A group of people noticed Sliym and ran away. The people wanted to call Animal 

Control to put him in a zoo and he did not want that. He flew behind the 

Bluffs to hide so the people could not find him. 

After the people left, Sliym flew to get more pizza to cool himself down. Once 

he finished his pizza, he decided to go back to the bluffs because he thought 

everyone was gone, but there was still one person there and that one person 

wasn’t scared of Sliym. His name was Jonathan. 

Jonathan asked, “Why are you sad?” 

Sliym saw his drums and grabbed them; he’d decided to play the drums in front 

of Jonathan. Sliym played the drum for the human, and he was very good. Jonathan 

loved the music. Jonathan saw that the dragon was not scary after all, and 

even had beautiful colours when the sun shone on him. Once Sliym had made 

a friend and gained confidence, his colours showed more. Jonathan went down 

the next day to the beach and told other people that there is a dragon that is 

very good at playing the drums.

The following day, Sliym hid behind the Bluffs until his friend, Jonathan, called 

him. Then Sliym went out and performed a concert for the humans; he played 

his drums on the beach. More and more people began to arrive when they heard 

his wonderful drum playing. Everyone gathered around, cheering on Sliym. 

After the concert, everyone rushed up and became Sliym’s friend. 

Now people always go to the beach to hear Sliym play the drums because he is 

really good.
