Tri Elektronik was established by Remzi Büyüknalçacı in 1972. It stepped into the printing sector with the<br />

manufacturing of steel cliché first in 1991. We started exporting raw material of steel cliché in 1996. We started<br />

domestic distribution of VISPROX pad printing and screenprinting inks in 2000. Right after this development we<br />

signed sales and service agreement of pad printing machines with Comec Italia SRL in 2004. We continued to take our<br />

recognized place in the sector as Tri Elektronik San. Tic. Ltd. Sti. in 2010. We started to make assembling of EAZY 90 in<br />

2013 and EAZY 130 machines provided from 100% Comec Italia SRL in 2015.<br />

We are proudly continuing to be a company improving its customer potential with the fame every day thanks to our<br />

adherence to quality, customer satisfaction and brand reliability from the very first day.<br />

We have currently been operating in the printing industry and manufacturing imports of main elements such as<br />

machinery and inks and manufacturing of consumables such as silicon pads and steel clichés. We have also been<br />

providing the service and after sale services of the materials that we sell.<br />

Tri Elektronik è stata fondata da Remzi Büyüknalçacı nel 1972. Nel 1991 è entrata nel settore della stampa con la<br />

produzione di cliché in acciaio. Nel 1996 abbiamo iniziato ad esportare materiale grezzo di cliché in acciaio. Nel 2000<br />

abbiamo iniziato la distribuzione domestica degli inchiostri da stampa e serigrafia VISPROX. Subito dopo questo<br />

sviluppo, nel 2004, abbiamo firmato un accordo di vendita e assistenza per le macchine tampografiche con Comec<br />

Italia SRL. Nel 2010 abbiamo continuato a tenere il nostro posto riconosciuto nel settore con il denominazione Tri<br />

Elektronik San. Tic. Ltd. Sti.. Nel 2013 abbiamo iniziato a montare EAZY 90 e nel 2015 le macchine EAZY 130 fornite<br />

100% da Comec Italia SRL. Stiamo orgogliosamente continuando a essere un’azienda che migliora il potenziale dei<br />

suoi clienti preziosi ogni giorno grazie alla nostra adesione alla qualità, alla soddisfazione del cliente e all’affidabilità<br />

del marchio sin dal primo giorno. Attualmente operiamo nel settore della stampa e produciamo importazioni di<br />

elementi principali come macchinari e inchiostri e facciamo la produzione di materiali di consumo come lastre di<br />

Фирма «Три Электроник» (Tri Elektronik) была основана в 1972 году Ремзи Бююкнальчаджи. В 1991 году<br />

компания сделала первый шаг в полиграфической промышленности, выпустив стальное клише. В 1996<br />

году мы начали экспортировать сырье стального клише. В 2000 году мы начали продажу красок для<br />

тампопечати и трафаретной печати VISPROX. Сразу же после этого, в 2004 году, мы подписали соглашение<br />

с Comec Italia SRL о продаже и обслуживании машин для тампонной печати. В 2010 году фирма ООО «Три<br />

Электроник Сан.Тидж.Лтд.Шти» (Tri Elektronik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.) продолжала занимать свое место в этом<br />

секторе. В 2013 году мы начали осуществлять монтаж машин EAZY 90, а в 2015 году -EAZY 130 на 100%<br />

Export is the<br />

only way out<br />

The exporters in our industry are very active. They are fighting<br />

with market conditions on the one hand struggling with the pandemic<br />

situation on the other. We are running as fast as they are.<br />

After we finished with the CBME exhibition in Istanbul, we flew<br />

to Florence, Italy for Pitti Bimbo Immagine with the first issue of<br />

<strong>2022</strong>. Then, we ran to Bursa for Junio Show. The same issue will<br />

experience our distribution at <strong>Baby</strong>kid Spain + FIMI fair in Valencia.<br />

We are now scheduled to fly to Kielce, Poland and CJF Moscow<br />

in addition to our presence in Linexpo Istanbul show. The next<br />

issue is scheduled to be in Ukraine. These are all baby and kid<br />

fashion shows we go every year traditionally. This was a brief of<br />

the first quarter of the year. We will run faster in the remaining<br />

three quarters of <strong>2022</strong>.<br />

As you may have noticed <strong>Baby</strong> & <strong>Kid</strong> <strong>Store</strong> magazine is the only<br />

publication in the world to attend in all leading shows around the<br />

world.<br />

Turkey’s exports rose to all time high in 2021 amid pandemic. We<br />

witnessed many records in macro economic indicators despite<br />

some challenges we encountered. The economy analysts foresee<br />

better developments for the current year while health professionals<br />

expect betterment in the coming months to get rid of covid-19<br />

disaster. I hope I can write more good news in my future<br />

letters. Stay healthy and happy until then.

İstanbul’un Merter semtinde 30 metrekarelik<br />

bir mağazada toptan alım & satım yaparak<br />

başlamıştır. Firma, 2016 yılında patentini<br />

aldığı H’A by Hilal Akıncı ismi ile ve HA<br />

<strong>Kid</strong>s Club unvanı ile ticari hayatına devam<br />

etmektedir. Toptan ağını genişleterek<br />

sezonunda ortalama 1500 ayrı modelle<br />

yurtiçinde 81 ile ve yurtdışında 52 ülkeye<br />

ihraç ettiği ürünlerini her yıl 1.5 milyondan<br />

fazla çocukla buluşturmaktadır. H’A <strong>Kid</strong>s Club,<br />

2019 yılında faaliyete geçirdiği 3. mağazasıyla<br />

Merter Lalebahçe Sokak’ta hizmet vermeye<br />

investments in Turkey in November 2021, during<br />

the UAE’s first high-level visit there since 2012.<br />

Relations between the two countries were heavily<br />

strained after a Saudi Arabia-led blockade on Qatar<br />

by Arab nations including the UAE that lasted from<br />

mid-2017 to early last year. Doha is one of Ankara’s<br />

closest allies.<br />

The UAE and Turkey backed opposing sides in the<br />

Libyan conflict, where a fragile ceasefire has been<br />

in place since October 2020.<br />

and to minimize the rate of being affected<br />

by the epidemic. With the preference<br />

of domestic products, which are more<br />

comfortable to use in daily life, underwear<br />

exports gained great momentum. In<br />

Turkey, which is the heart of textile, the<br />

quality of the fabrics, the innovativeness<br />

and the diversity of the design, as well as<br />

the ease of transportation, increase the<br />

share of underwear in exports. While the<br />

export of product groups was determined<br />

as 100,575 million dollars in women’s<br />

and children’s underwear, 29,038 million<br />

dollars was calculated in men’s and boys’<br />

underwear. Exports of socks, which is one<br />

of the underwear groups, increased by<br />

46.2% compared to the previous year, and<br />

an export value of 560.7 million dollars<br />

was realized.<br />

Socks are one of the oldest clothing items in<br />

the world, dating back to the stone age. The<br />

use of socks, which are indispensable for<br />

people from all walks of life, has increased<br />

day by day with the introduction of new<br />

qualities such as health, aesthetics and<br />

comfort. A successful export performance<br />

has been achieved in the socks industry,<br />

which has become a fashion in itself,<br />

expanding and diversifying its product<br />

range with modern technology. Socks,<br />

which took its place as a complementary<br />

accessory in home wear combinations that<br />

developed during the pandemic process, is<br />

one of the leading sub-sectors of the readyto-wear<br />

and apparel industry. With a share<br />

of 930.8 million dollars, Turkey realized<br />

an export rate of 30.6% in the January-<br />

September period. Germany, England,<br />

France, Netherlands and Spain are among<br />

the countries to which socks are exported<br />

Ukraine is the largest country located<br />

entirely within Europe. With the<br />

establishment of the powerful Kievan<br />

Principality, which formed the basis of<br />

Ukrainian identity in the Middle Ages, it<br />

became an important center of East Slavic<br />

culture.<br />

Most of the trade between Ukraine and<br />

Turkey consists of textile and ready-made<br />

clothing products.<br />

Due to the fact that the products imported<br />

from Turkey are economical, Ukraine meets<br />

approximately 70% of its textile products<br />

from Turkey. Mostly by sea, land and air<br />

cargo are also used in imports and exports<br />

between the two countries. Another form<br />

of trade is the suitcase trade. It happens<br />

when people coming from Ukraine sell<br />

the goods they brought with them in their<br />

suitcases in Turkey and take the goods they<br />

bought from here back to their countries.<br />

Ukraine, which is our 18th largest market<br />

in our ready-to-wear and apparel exports,<br />

ranks 19th in our total textile and raw<br />

materials exports.<br />

In Ukrainian trade, there is trade secret<br />

protection. Administrative sanctions<br />

are carried out by the Anti-Monopoly<br />

Committee.<br />

In the January-April period of 2021, $<br />

61.6 million worth of ready-to-wear and<br />

apparel exports and $42.2 million worth of<br />

textiles and raw materials were exported to<br />

Ukraine. Ukraine, which is the 49th largest<br />

exporter in the world with $49.4 billion, is<br />

the 48th largest importer in the world with<br />

$54 billion. As Ukraine’s largest apparel<br />

and apparel supplier is China, which has<br />

a share of 34.8% with a value of $ 374.1<br />

million, and Turkey becomes the second<br />

supplier country with a 19.9% share and<br />

an import of 213.7 million dollars.<br />

Located on historical trade routes, Odessa,<br />

as the largest port of the Black Sea, provides<br />

the commercial link between the “East” and<br />

the “West”. The 18 most important ports of<br />

Ukraine are located within the borders of<br />

Odessa Region. 73.5% of the total volume<br />

of cargo transferred at Odessa ports is<br />

export cargo.<br />

The majority of the companies in the<br />

industrial zone to be established in<br />

Mariupol City are Turkish companies.<br />

Work is underway for the construction<br />

of Azov Aqua Invest Organized Industrial<br />

Zone, in which Turkish companies will<br />

predominate, in Mariupol, Ukraine. In<br />

the statement made by the Mariupol City<br />

Council, it was stated that within the scope<br />

of the agreement, an initial investment<br />

of 250 million hryvnia (approximately 9<br />

million dollars) will be made in the region.<br />

It is envisaged to provide employment<br />

for 600 people in the industrial zone to<br />

be established. It is foreseen that the<br />

industrial zone, which is planned to<br />

produce elevators, metal structures and<br />

automotive spare parts, will consist of 7<br />

sections.<br />

It is planned to include 11 factories and a<br />

trade center on the land, which is collected<br />

free of charge by the Ukrainian State and<br />

the infrastructure works are covered by<br />

Russia’s vast geography is an important<br />

determinant of its economic activities,<br />

with 30 percent of the world’s richest<br />

known natural resources.<br />

Moscow, the capital of Russia, is one of the<br />

largest cities in Eastern Europe. The city<br />

has an extensive transit transportation<br />

network and is the world’s leading urban<br />

economy. Ready-made clothing production<br />

in Moscow, which is an industrial city,<br />

is 63.3%. The capital, which has a high<br />

market potential, aims to expand its<br />

trade volume with the Vietnam Light<br />

Industry Zone in Serpukhov. A total of 280<br />

Vietnamese are employed in the industrial<br />

zone, which consists of Vietnamese textile<br />

and ready-made clothing companies.<br />

Ivanovo, one of the fastest developing<br />

regions of Russia in the field of textile<br />

and apparel, is located 300 kilometers<br />

northeast of Moscow. Half of Russian<br />

textile and apparel operates in this region.<br />

Ivanovo, one of the most important trade,<br />

investment and industrial centers outside<br />

of Moscow, is described as the heart of<br />

the Russian textile industry. There are<br />

more than 1500 companies engaged<br />

in textile production and trade in the<br />

region. Nearly 50% of these companies<br />

are manufacturers. There are 9 trade<br />

centers in the region and more than 650<br />

companies operate in 3 of them. The<br />

region has a serious production in the field<br />

of apparel.<br />

Russia’s ready-to-wear imports include<br />

products such as t-shirts, undershirts,<br />

sweaters, men’s sweaters and trousers.<br />

Women’s clothing products include jeans,<br />

cardigans, and vests. The high potential<br />

and attractiveness of the Russian retail<br />

apparel market has facilitated the entry of<br />

new players from other sectors into this<br />

market.<br />

Delivering the product to the market<br />

safely and on time is as important as<br />

producing the product. Turkey has great<br />

potential in international transportation<br />

due to its geographical location. In the<br />

transportation sector, in addition to<br />

being reliable over long distances, sea<br />

and rail lines come first in terms of cost.<br />

Turkey’s exports to Russia include food<br />

products, weaving products, chemicals<br />

and automotive industry products. The<br />

products exported to Turkey by Russia are;<br />

petroleum products, natural gas, iron/steel<br />

and coal. Exports from Russia to Turkey<br />

increased by 21.1 percent to 7 billion 189<br />

million dollars, while imports from Turkey<br />

to Russia increased by 27.8 percent to 1<br />

billion 938 million dollars. Russia exports<br />

the most substances such as mineral fuels<br />

and oils to Turkey, and imports the most<br />

fruit from Turkey. In terms of developing<br />

trade and making the market potential<br />

more effective, Russia was determined by<br />

our Ministry of Commerce as one of the<br />

target countries for the period 2020-2021.<br />

Turkish investment in the Ivanovo<br />

region…<br />

With the Turkish textile factory to be<br />

opened in the city of Kineshma in the<br />

Ivanovo region of Russia, 4 billion rubles<br />

will be invested in the region. A protocol<br />

was signed between Diyarbakir, one of<br />

Turkey’s agricultural cities and cotton<br />

production, and Ivanovo, Russia’s textile<br />

and ready-to-wear center. The purpose<br />

of signing this protocol is to be visible<br />

nationally and internationally and to create<br />

brands in the medium and long term.<br />

With the bridge built between Ivanovo<br />

and Diyarbakir, the unemployment rate<br />

is expected to decrease in the activities to<br />

be carried out in the region, which has a<br />

heavy employment for textile and readymade<br />

clothing.<br />

of families all around the world with their high quality clothing<br />

Apparel Industry to different regions via Junioshow, is moving<br />

confidently on its way to become the model in the baby and<br />

kid’s apparel industry in the world. Juniokids is a national and<br />

Juniokids constituted by the participation of 80 companies<br />
