QVCC Student<br />
Apply for Admission<br />
1. Complete <strong>the</strong> online Application for Admission at<br />
www.qvcc.commnet.edu<br />
You need an e-mail account and credit card number<br />
before starting <strong>the</strong> QVCC online application. The $20<br />
application fee must be paid online using a credit card<br />
(Visa, Mastercard, or Discover) or debit card.<br />
If you do not have an e-mail account, set up a free e-mail<br />
account by going to www.yahoo.com and selecting <strong>the</strong><br />
e-mail link at <strong>the</strong> top of <strong>the</strong> screen. If you do not have a<br />
credit card, <strong>the</strong>n download <strong>the</strong> paper application off our<br />
website at www.qvcc.commnet.edu and submit your $20<br />
application fee by check, cash, or money order.<br />
2. Submit high school transcript, diploma or GED<br />
3. Submit immunization records for measles, mumps,<br />
and rubella if you were born after 1956.<br />
You will also need to submit immunization records for<br />
varicella (chicken pox) if you were born after 1980<br />
(waived for students who are both non-degree and<br />
