of doing the job, accessibility of offices, quality of reception and ease of<br />

making appointments.<br />

More than two-thirds of respondents state that letting a dwelling to an SRA entails<br />

only advantages ; just 3 per cent of current landlords working with SRAs see only<br />

disadvantages. The guaranteed payment of the rent is the most important<br />

advantage, with others following at a distance (see Table 1). The different responses<br />

dealing with security (income, tenancy and security in general) total nearly 80 per<br />

cent, making security the main attraction of the SRA model.<br />

Landlords who see disadvantages in working with SRAs (see Table 2) refer to rent<br />

as being too low (36.8 per cent of the complaints).
