WALKER MONDOK
Walker Mondok is a world traveler currently nestled in the Lakes
Region of NH. Walker has spent the last few years working in
behavioral health in different roles. Walker sits on the board for a
local Peer Support organization and enjoys volunteer work in mental
health. When not at work, Walker can be found collaborating in other
artistic mediums, playing video games, or kayaking on Opeechee Bay.

JOHANE TELGENER
Johane Telgener is an active member of her community and is
passionate about making Concord a healthier place to live. She is
the proud mother of two adult sons. Johane’s non-profit community
involvement includes work with The Friendly Kitchen,The Crisis Center
of NH, and the Concord Garden Club. She has served on the board of
New Futures, an advocacy hub whose mission is to improve the health
and wellness of all New Hampshire residents through advocacy,
education and collaboration. She also serves on The Riverbend Board
of Directors and its Educated Community workgroup.
