C O N T E N T S A NOTE from the editor 25 FIRE UP THE BBQ 04 COMPETITIONS If you read last edition, you may remember me remarking that we work in a former chicken shed (cue jokes about scrambled brains and headless chickens...) and whilst our setting is nothing short of bucolic - a tin roof really isn’t the one in a heatwave. So I write this particular editor’s note whilst simultaneously trying to prevent the contents of my desk from flying away in the path of my fan and sipping an iced coffee instead of my usual tea. I hope you’ve got something equally thirstquenching to enjoy with this issue with - a G&T is preferable, but tends to be frowned upon in an office setting... In this edition we are encouraging you to fire up that grill with some tasty and super easy recipes to shake up the usual BBQ routine.
