The LK HC90 is designed to provide the highest performance at unparalleled
accuracy levels for the most challenging medium to large component and full body
inspection applications.
As with all Metris high accuracy CMM’s, the LK HC90 design is based around the
unique usage of ceramic materials for the construction of the critical column
and spindle components of the machine, coupled with proven air-bearing design,
providing the ultimate in stiffness and stability to deliver signifi cantly improved
repeatability and longevity.
Highly successful applications include both touch-trigger, analog and laser
scanning for body in white applications – full body, sheet metal and interior
component applications.
HC90 system automotive integrations have included full in-line and bypass
automated systems, above and below ground with either single or twin sided
column systems.
Other more general manufacturing and engineering solutions include medium-tolarge
sized prismatic and sheet metal applications in both contact and non-contact
scanning application, where the maximum probe access fl exibility is required.
