THE ULTIMATE HORIZONTAL ARM SOLUTION<br />
The <strong>LK</strong> HC90 is designed to provide the highest performance at unparalleled<br />
accuracy levels for the most challenging medium to large component and full body<br />
inspection applications.<br />
As with all Metris high accuracy <strong>CMM</strong>’s, the <strong>LK</strong> HC90 design is based around the<br />
unique usage of ceramic materials for the construction of the critical column<br />
and spindle components of the machine, coupled with proven air-bearing design,<br />
providing the ultimate in stiffness and stability to deliver signifi cantly improved<br />
repeatability and longevity.<br />
Highly successful applications include both touch-trigger, analog and laser<br />
scanning for body in white applications – full body, sheet metal and interior<br />
component applications.<br />
HC90 system automotive integrations have included full in-line and bypass<br />
automated systems, above and below ground with either single or twin sided<br />
