That briefmoment of joy for some local residents unable to join inthe Rally festivities has now grown into the Share the Windprogram, using the assets of the Wharf Rat Rally. Nowincluding rides in the sidecar for residents, staff, family,seniors, veterans, patients in hospitals, and others outsideof Digby, down to Yarmouth, and Eastern Valley.
