in years' past, continues to build his menu from locally sourced<br />
ingredients and high-quality meats. He and his team prepare<br />
mouth-watering BBQ ribs, pork sandwiches and chicken to satisfy<br />
bbq cravings. Serving tender, flavorful and delicious Filet, New<br />
York and Ribeye steak specials on the weekends have become a<br />
staple for the region. All of our steaks are grilled over local oak<br />
and mesquite wood. And, you think our steak specials are good?<br />
Well don't miss our fish specials on the weekends...they won't<br />
disappoint.<br />
