The Role of Fellowship
Fellowship is crucial to the Society. The support of fellow members of the Society, particularly as the
formal and informal support structures of medical training and careers are not what they once were,
is important. The Society provides an organisation that represents all aspects and all stages of
careers, in an environment that is supportive and welcoming.
The Society supports fellowship, encouraging members to attend the many Society functions
throughout the year. Yeomen and Liverymen can book through the Members’ Area of the Society
website and are welcome to bring guests. Those who pay quarterage are entitled to one complimentary
dinner each year.
