TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customers may obtain one “stamp” each day they park in the Westfield
Stratford City Car Park between 26.03.12 TO 01.06.12 inclusive (the
“Promotional Period”) by presenting a valid car parking ticket and
“Parking Reward Card” to the Concierge desk during Centre opening
hours. Customers must be aged 18 or over. Employees of Westfield
Shoppingtowns Ltd (“Westfield”), their families, dependants and agents
and other persons connected with this promotion may not participate.
Parking Reward Cards can only be stamped once per day and cannot be
backdated. Parking Reward Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or gift
vouchers. Only one Parking Reward Card per car. Parking Reward Cards
remain the property of Westfield and may be withdrawn at any time.
Westfield reserves the right to reject or refuse any Parking Reward Card
for any reason, at any time without notice. Customers acknowledge that,
by filling out and submitting a Parking Reward Card leaflet, they are giving
their consent to Westfield to contact them with information, products
or services that may be of interest to them, in line with the Westfield
Privacy Policy which can be found at http://uk.westfield.com/stratfordcity/
information/privacy.
Customers will receive the following rewards for stamps collected on a
single re-useable Parking Reward Card during the Promotional Period (the
“Rewards”):
Parking Visit /Stamp and Rewards
• One Visit /Stamp = free drink (choice from: Boost (excludes visit 2),
Buttercup, Comptoir Libanais, Crepeaffaire, El Cantara, Harry Ramsden’s,
Indi-Go, Jom Makan, Krispy Kreme, Olive Oil & Oregano, Tinderbox and
Tossed).
• Two Visit /Stamp = free drink (choice from: Buttercup, Comptoir Libanais,
Crepeaffaire, El Cantara, Harry Ramsden’s, Indi-Go, Jom Makan, Krispy
Kreme, Olive Oil & Oregano, Tinderbox and Tossed).
• Three Visit /Stamp = free snack (choice from Comptoir Libanais, Fentons,
Indi-Go or Tossed)
• Four Visit /Stamp = Same-day continuous free parking
• Five Visit /Stamp = free drink (choice from: Boost (excludes visit 2),
Buttercup, Comptoir Libanais, Crepeaffaire, El Cantara, Harry Ramsden’s,
Indi-Go, Jom Makan, Krispy Kreme, Olive Oil & Oregano, Tinderbox and
Tossed).
• Six Visit /Stamp = free snack (choice from Comptoir Libanais, Fentons,
Indi-Go or Tossed)
• Seven Visit /Stamp = H20 Car Wash and Valeting service (excludes
Express Wash) available during (at Car Park B and available at Car Park A
from April) opening hours.
• Eight Visit /Stamp = Same-day continuous free parking & free Handsfree
Shopping
Some retailers are offering only hot drinks, which includes but not limited
to Buttercup, Comptoir Libanais, Crepeaffaire, El Cantara, Harry Ramsden’s,
Indi-Go, om Makan (Malaysian specialty cup of ‘Teh or Coffee Tarik’), Krispy
Kreme, Olive Oil & Oregano (Bio herbal teas served with Greek Honey and
Cretan cookies).
Tossed offer is a fresh squeezed OJ or hot drink only.
Boost offer is a 10oz Boost smoothie only, (excludes visit 2).
H20 Car Valeting service – located in the car park (available at Car Park B
and available from Car Park A from April). Please see Concierge for exact
location details
Parking Reward Cards must be surrendered to the Concierge desk upon
obtaining eight stamps.
Only stamps collected on a valid Parking Reward Card will entitle
customers to claim Rewards. All Rewards are subject to availability, nontransferable
and cannot be used in combination with any other offers.
There are no cash alternatives and Rewards must be accepted as offered.
Rewards may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
To collect Rewards, Customers must present the stamped Parking Reward
Card at the Concierge desk during centre opening hours. To collect the
complimentary same-day continuous free parking, customers must present
a valid parking coin / token and the stamped Parking Reward Card.
Concierge will then deduct the value of the complimentary parking from
the customer’s parking coin / token. For other Rewards, upon presenting
the stamped Parking Reward Card at the Concierge desk, customers
will receive a voucher entitling them to receive either a complimentary
beverage or a complimentary snack voucher, £10 off any H20 Car Valeting
service (excluding Express Wash), voucher valid at H20 Car Valeting
at Westfield Stratford City (available at Car Park B and available from
Car Park A from April), complimentary Handsfree Shopping session,
redeemable at participating Westfield Stratford City retailers.
The complimentary same-day continuous parking, H20 offer must be
redeemed by 01.06.12, all other Rewards must be redeemed by SAME DATE
OF ISSUE. No purchase necessary. No defaced vouchers or photocopies
will be accepted.
Entry to and use of the Westfield Stratford City car park is subject to the
Terms and Conditions displayed in the Westfield Stratford City Car Park
Office. Customers must pay additional car parking charges where their stay
exceeds any complimentary parking period.
The complimentary voucher entitles the bearer to one free complimentary
beverage or treat at the retailers detailed at Westfield Stratford City.
Vouchers can only be redeemed during outlet opening hours and outlets
may have their own general terms and conditions.
The complimentary beverage voucher entitles the bearer to one free
standard drink at the following participating outlets at Westfield Stratford
City: Boost (10oz Boost smoothie only, excludes visit 2), Buttercup,
Comptoir Libanais, Crepeaffaire, El Cantara, Harry Ramsden’s, Indi-Go,
Jom Makan, Krispy Kreme, Olive Oil, or Oregano & Tossed).
Some retailers are offering only hot drinks, which includes but not limited
to Buttercup. Tossed offer is a fresh squeezed OJ or hot drink only.
The complimentary snack voucher entitles the bearer to one free standard
snack at the following participating outlets at Westfield Stratford City:
Choose from:
· Comptoir Libanais - any portion of ‘small bites’ - Falafel, Lamb Kibbe,
Lamb Sambousek, Chicken Sambousek and Cheese Sambousek.
· El Cantara - sample of seafood paella
· Fentons Ice Cream - single scoop ice cream
· Indi-Go - bite size chicken tikka or potato bhaji
· Tossed - frozen yoghurt
Complimentary vouchers are not to be used in conjunction with any other
discount or promotion. Retailers reserve the right to withdraw this offer at
any time.
Vouchers can only be redeemed during outlet opening hours and outlets
may have their own general terms and conditions.
H20 Car Wash and Valeting service, voucher valid at H20 Car Wash and
Valeting at Westfield Stratford City. Vouchers can only be redeemed during
outlet opening hours and H20 Valeting service may have their own general
terms and conditions.
The complimentary Handsfree Shopping vouchers entitle the bearer to one
free Handsfree Shopping session. To redeem the voucher simply present at
the Handsfree Shopping desk during Centre opening hours. The Handsfree
Shopping services may have their own general terms and conditions.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
By filling out and submitting the Parking Reward Card leaflet to the
Concierge desk at Westfield Stratford City customers consent to their
entry into the Prize Draw to win a £250 Westfield Gift Card. Entry to the
Prize Draw can also be made by emailing your name, contact address and
telephone number to westfieldstratfordcity-concierge@westfield-uk.com
and placing “Parking Reward Card Competition Entry” in the subject title.
By entering the Prize Draw the customer agrees to these Prize Draw terms
and conditions.
Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary. All entries to the Prize
Draw must be received between 26.03.12 AND 01.06.12, inclusive (the

“Promotional Period”). All entrants must be aged eighteen or over and have
a UK postal address. Employees of Westfield Shoppingtowns Ltd, their
families, dependants and agents and other persons connected with the
Prize Draw may not enter. Westfield will not be held responsible for any late,
lost, incomplete or damaged entries.
The issue and use of gift cards is subject to Westfield Product Terms and
Conditions.
There will be one (1) £250 Westfield Gift Card available to win in each week
of the Promotional Period (a “week” being Monday – Sunday inclusive), (in
total, twelve (12) £250 Westfield Gift Cards are available to win). The winner
for each week will be the first entry selected at random and will be drawn
by [5pm on the Wednesday] of the relevant following week. Entries for the
prize draw for each week must be received by midnight on the following
dates:
-Week 1 = Sunday 01.04.12
-Week 2 = Sunday 08.04.12
-Week 3 = Sunday 15.04.12
-Week 4 = Sunday 22.04.12
-Week 5= Sunday 29.04.12
-Week 6 = Sunday 06.05.12
-Week 7 = Sunday 13.05.12

-Week 9 = Sunday 27.05.12
-Week 10 = Sunday 03.06.12
Entries will automatically be entered into the draw for the week in which
the entry was received. All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday
03.06.12 (the “Final Closing Date”). Entries received after the Final Closing
Dated will not be counted.
Only one entry per person. Customers who enter by submitting the Parking
Reward Card leaflet will be entered into the draw of the week in which
they submit their leaflet only and entries will not be carried forward to the
following weeks.
Winners will be notified that they have won a prize by email (the “Prize
Notification Email”) to the email address provided by 5pm on the Thursday
of the week following the week into which their entry was entered. Winners
must collect their Gift Card in person from Centre Management, 2 Stratford
Place, Westfield Stratford City, Montfichet Road, Olympic Park, London
United Kingdom, E20 1EJ. Further details will be provided in the Prize
Notification Email. Winners must bring a copy of their Prize Notification
Email with them in order to collect their prize. Winners must present ID (of
a satisfactory nature to be determined at the sole discretion of Westfield)
which matches the personal details submitted in order to collect their prize.
Winners will be notified that they have won a prize by email (the “Prize
Notification Email”) to the email address provided by 5pm on the Thursday
of the week following the week into which their entry was entered. Winners
must collect their Gift Card in person from Centre Management, 2 Stratford
Place, Westfield Stratford City, Montfichet Road, Olympic Park, London
United Kingdom, E20 1EJ. Further details will be provided in the Prize
Notification Email. Winners must bring a copy of their Prize Notification
Email with them in order to collect their prize. Winners must present ID (of
a satisfactory nature to be determined at the sole discretion of Westfield)
which matches the personal details submitted in order to collect their prize.
The selection for each week is final and binding and no correspondence
will be entered into. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the
winners. If a winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of being selected
or is not available, Westfield reserve the right to select another winner from
the other entries received before the relevant closing date.
Winners must claim the prize within one month of being notified. There
are no cash alternatives: the prize must be accepted as offered. Westfield
reserves the right to substitute any prize or part thereof with a prize of
equal or higher value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The winner
agrees to participate in any public relations arranged by Westfield.
The names and county/town of the winners will be available for two months
after the Final Closing Date by sending a stamped address envelope
marked “Parking Reward Card Prize Draw 2011” to the promoter Westfield
Shoppingtowns Ltd, Attn: Company Secretary, 6th Floor, MidCity Place, 71
High Holborn, London WC1V 6EA.
Westfield reserves the right to refuse to accept any entrant and/or to select
a winning entry at Westfield’s absolute discretion. Failure to comply with
these Prize Draw terms and conditions means the entry will not count.
Short Form Terms and Conditions
1. The Westfield Stratford City Parking Reward Card promotion is open to
all persons aged 18 or over. Employees of Westfield Shoppingtowns Ltd
(the “Promoter”), their families, dependants and agents and other persons
connected with this promotion are not eligible for Rewards or entry into the
Prize Draw.
2. The promotion is open from 26.03.12 to 03.06.12 inclusive.
3. The Parking Reward Card is issued subject to the general Terms and
Conditions of the Westfield Stratford City Car Park. By receiving the Parking
Reward Card you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of
the Westfield Stratford City Car Park.
4. Only one Parking Reward Card per car. The Parking Reward Card is
personal and non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
5. The complimentary same-day continuous parking, H20 Wash are valid
within the standard Westfield Stratford City Car Park and Valet Parking
opening hours. The complimentary drink, treat and Handsfree Shopping
session are valid during Centre opening and/or outlet opening hours.
6. The complimentary same-day continuous parking must be redeemed
before 01.06.12, all other complimentary vouchers must be redeemed the
same day.
7. All Rewards are subject to availability and are non transferable.
8. By completing and submitting a Parking Reward Card leaflet customers
consent to Westfield contacting them with information, products or services
that may be of interest and to be entered into a Prize Draw to win a £250
Westfield Gift Card. Please see the Westfield Privacy Policy and Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions for further information.
9. The Promoter reserves the right at its discretion to withdraw the
promotion at any time without prior notice.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete,
stolen, damaged, altered or illegible Parking Reward Cards. Photocopied
Parking Reward Cards or vouchers will not be accepted. The Promoter may
refuse any Parking Reward Card at its sole discretion.
11. All Parking Reward Cards remain the property of the Promoter, will not
be returned once submitted and must be surrendered on request by the
Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right at its discretion to withdraw the
Parking Reward Card at any time.
12. By participating in the promotion, you will be deemed to have read
and understood these terms and conditions and the Parking Reward Card
Terms and Conditions (located at westfield.com/stratfordcity/information/
disclaimer) and to be bound by them. The terms and conditions shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
