6.0 SUMMARY of WORKING EXPERIENCE
Undersign has been working in the oil and gas industries both onshore and offshore fabrication
works with responsibility for approximately 23 years. Working as yard supervisor, inspector and
NDT technician, providing supervision & inspection and to API5L mill inspection, API6A/16A/6D
wellhead, X’mas tree and valve manufacturing, OCTG API5CT mill inspection, offshore pipeline
installation , derrick fabrications, heat exchanger & pressure vessels inspection to ASME VIII.
For the past few years’ major involvements are inspection and fabrication surveillances of Ultra
Deepsea Derrick for National Oilwell Varco Shanghai and Derrick tools for Aker Solutions. Work
scopes primarily involved, derrick, crown block fabrication, high pressure mudline, cementline and
production line fabrication to ASME B31.3 Normal & High pressures. API6A/16A/6D wellhead,
X’mas tree and valve manufacturing.
