Bossaert<br />

Niek Bossaert was 15 when<br />

he knew he was going to<br />

become an independent<br />

patissier. He won Belgian’s<br />

Best Young Baker in 1996, the<br />

same year he won 4th place<br />

in the Bakery World Cup in<br />

Milan. Since 2001, he has run<br />

his artisanal patisserie shop<br />

in Heule, focusing on original<br />

bread and patisseries made<br />

with only the best ingredients.<br />

Haasnoot<br />

Frank is a Dutch pastry chef<br />

whose career spans 23 years.<br />

The majority of which he<br />

spent abroad, sharing his<br />

talents with pastry brands in<br />

New York, Kuwait, Taiwan and<br />

Hong Kong. After winning<br />

the World Chocolate Masters<br />

in 2011, he embarked on a<br />

journey to be able to teach<br />

and develop his work freely,<br />

something he is able to do<br />

as Global Ambassador for<br />

Mona Lisa and Cacao Barry.<br />
