are scheduled interviews<br />
At the vocatium fairs, we bring you into scheduled<br />
and binding appointments with potential trainees and<br />
students. Here you find young people who fit.<br />
Tailored to your training or study offers, we organise<br />
20-minute interviews with interested school students who<br />
are usually one year away from graduation.<br />
To this end, we prepare 450,000 young people all over<br />
Germany for our fairs in the classroom. We inform them<br />
about what the exhibitors have to offer and give them valuable<br />
tipps on how to prepare for the appointments.<br />
So you mainly talk to young people,<br />
Angle-ri in whom we have already aroused interest,<br />
Angle-ri who have specific questions for you or<br />
Angle-ri who would like to introduce themselves directly as a<br />
potential trainee or student.<br />
This exceptional vocatium concept has proven its worth for<br />
about 25 years. Many thousands of customers and network<br />
partners trust us.<br />
In <strong>2024</strong>, we are organising 80 vocatium face-to-face fairs<br />
and one nationwide digital career fair for young people and<br />
parents in video chat format.
