The core of the vocatium
are scheduled interviews
At the vocatium fairs, we bring you into scheduled
and binding appointments with potential trainees and
students. Here you find young people who fit.
Tailored to your training or study offers, we organise
20-minute interviews with interested school students who
are usually one year away from graduation.
To this end, we prepare 450,000 young people all over
Germany for our fairs in the classroom. We inform them
about what the exhibitors have to offer and give them valuable
tipps on how to prepare for the appointments.
So you mainly talk to young people,
Angle-ri in whom we have already aroused interest,
Angle-ri who have specific questions for you or
Angle-ri who would like to introduce themselves directly as a
potential trainee or student.
This exceptional vocatium concept has proven its worth for
about 25 years. Many thousands of customers and network
partners trust us.
In 2024, we are organising 80 vocatium face-to-face fairs
and one nationwide digital career fair for young people and
parents in video chat format.

Module I
Media (print and online)
School students will be informed via print and online
media about your educational training, study or other
offers.
Fair guides “Chancen ...”:
An accompanying guide, containing the exhibitor profiles and
offers, is published for each fair.
Angle-ri Personally: The books will be handed out to the young
people during our preparatory lectures in the schools.
Angle-ri Digitally: The online versions of all guides can be found on
our website www.erfolg-im-beruf.de.
Total circulation of guides in 2024: 450,000 copies
Media library/search database:
The search database on our homepage contains digital profiles
of all vocatium exhibitors. Video clips are increasingly being
integrated into the exhibitor profiles to make them even more
impactful. These profiles can also be found by school students
who live outside the catchment area of the individual fairs.

Module II
vocatium academy (Akademie)
We are working hard to ensure that all young
participants are well prepared for the fair.
In 16,000 class visits, we prepare the students for the
educational fair. To this end, we cooperate with around 5,000
schools.

Module III
Allocation of appointments
What makes our vocatium fairs stand out is the
allocation of binding individual appoinments between
students and exhibitors.
The fixed interview dates will be communicated to the students
and exhibitors 14 days before the respective fair date.
The planning of the interviews takes place in consultation with
the exhibitors. We take into account:
Angle-ri Number of consultants at the fair stand
Angle-ri Individual talks or small group discussions
Angle-ri Professional focus/department of the consultants
Angle-ri Requested breaks and special requests during the fair
The number of pre-scheduled talks per exhibitor varies between
ten and several hundred per fair. On average, each exhibitor
receives 80 appointments during a two-day fair. In addition,
spontaneous interviews at the vocatium events are also possible.

The scope of services for the vocatium face-to-face
fairs includes a service package for your trade fair

Digital fair: Module V
vocatium videochat
The vocatium videochat 2024 is a nationwide digital
career fair where you can talk to young people and their
parents from all over Germany.
This module contains:
Angle-ri 2-day video chat fair, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on both days
Angle-ri Technical setup of the video chat rooms for the exhibitors*
Angle-ri Lecture programme for students and parents
Angle-ri Special marketing actions to address interested parents
Angle-ri Press and public relations/evaluation
