Target Media Terms and Conditions<br />
All adverts are accepted by Target Media on the understanding that reprinting permission has been obtained. It is the<br />
advertiser’s responsibility to acquire images. logos, trade logos, clip art or any other content that is used in their advert/ editorial/<br />
article/ any other content. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to check the advert and ensure that it is correct at the copy approval<br />
stage. No responsibility will be taken by Target Media for any errors subsequently identified ( i.e.. after copy approval).It is the<br />
advertiser’s sole responsibility to supply new artwork or advise of or request changes to artwork by the relevant copy deadline.<br />
Any logo/images/photo’s supplied should be a minimum of 300dpi. No responsibility can be taken for the print quality of any<br />
image/ logo/photo supplied at a lower resolution. Any adverts supplied in JPEG or any other pre-prepared format will be inserted<br />
on to the screen or magazines. Target Media reserve the right to reuse/edit advertisements and its discretion. Target Media gives<br />
no guarantee of the level of response to adverts/editorials/articles etc. Target Media are unable to offer a refund if no responses<br />
are received. The distribution area of Target Magazine may vary at the discretion of the publisher. We reserve the right to reuse<br />
publication if any payment is not received according of the <strong>book</strong>ing’s terms and conditions. Your contract shall come in to effect<br />
once we have sent an order confirmation. You do not have to respond to your order confirmation to accept our terms and<br />
conditions. If using our free design service once proof has been produced for you we require that it is approved or<br />
Changes requested within 48 hours of the proof being sent to you. If you do not response to Target Media we will assume the<br />
artwork is correct for the publication and full payment will be due. The screen advert must be paid for before the advert appears<br />
on the screen. All advertising packages roll over to the next month. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to inform Target Media if<br />
they wish to stop running their advert. If you do not want your advert to be shown the next month the you need to let us know by<br />
the 20th of the calendar month. The company shall invoice the client monthly. Target Media reserves the right to pass<br />
outstanding invoices to an appointed debt recovery service provider once the invoice is overdue by 60 days. Late invoice<br />
Payments may be charged at the rate of £10 for every week late once an invoice is over 30 days late. As a advertiser of Target<br />
Media, you will be added to our newsletter mailing list. I would like to reassure you that we do not adhere your information with<br />
any other company or organisation. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.<br />
