Target Media Terms and Conditions
All adverts are accepted by Target Media on the understanding that reprinting permission has been obtained. It is the
advertiser’s responsibility to acquire images. logos, trade logos, clip art or any other content that is used in their advert/ editorial/
article/ any other content. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to check the advert and ensure that it is correct at the copy approval
stage. No responsibility will be taken by Target Media for any errors subsequently identified ( i.e.. after copy approval).It is the
advertiser’s sole responsibility to supply new artwork or advise of or request changes to artwork by the relevant copy deadline.
Any logo/images/photo’s supplied should be a minimum of 300dpi. No responsibility can be taken for the print quality of any
image/ logo/photo supplied at a lower resolution. Any adverts supplied in JPEG or any other pre-prepared format will be inserted
on to the screen or magazines. Target Media reserve the right to reuse/edit advertisements and its discretion. Target Media gives
no guarantee of the level of response to adverts/editorials/articles etc. Target Media are unable to offer a refund if no responses
are received. The distribution area of Target Magazine may vary at the discretion of the publisher. We reserve the right to reuse
publication if any payment is not received according of the booking’s terms and conditions. Your contract shall come in to effect
once we have sent an order confirmation. You do not have to respond to your order confirmation to accept our terms and
conditions. If using our free design service once proof has been produced for you we require that it is approved or
Changes requested within 48 hours of the proof being sent to you. If you do not response to Target Media we will assume the
artwork is correct for the publication and full payment will be due. The screen advert must be paid for before the advert appears
on the screen. All advertising packages roll over to the next month. It is the advertiser’s responsibility to inform Target Media if
they wish to stop running their advert. If you do not want your advert to be shown the next month the you need to let us know by
the 20th of the calendar month. The company shall invoice the client monthly. Target Media reserves the right to pass
outstanding invoices to an appointed debt recovery service provider once the invoice is overdue by 60 days. Late invoice
Payments may be charged at the rate of £10 for every week late once an invoice is over 30 days late. As a advertiser of Target
Media, you will be added to our newsletter mailing list. I would like to reassure you that we do not adhere your information with
any other company or organisation. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.
