are subsequently greater nearly 15 years later.<br />

Until DNS is placed top centre, the tsunami of cyberattacks will continue to flood the world, eroding our<br />

economies and democracies. In a world with limited, and shrinking, financial resources and budgets, we<br />

are rapidly heading into a global recession. We believe that this a very bad thing which is completely<br />

avoidable if technical managers and executives wake up and do the right things regarding the<br />

requirements to know, understand, and remediate their DNS issues.<br />

Andy is a senior and seasoned innovative Executive with over 30 years'<br />

experience as a hands-on lateral thinking Group CEO, Coach, and<br />

Leader. A 'big deal' business accelerator, and inspirational, lateral<br />

thinker, Andy has designed, created, and been responsible <strong>for</strong><br />

delivering 100’s of multi-million-dollar projects within <strong>Cyber</strong>, Technical,<br />

Risk and Compliance markets <strong>for</strong> some of the world's largest leading<br />

organisations.<br />

Andy has a demonstrable track record of large-scale technical delivery<br />

and management within many sectors including the Professional,<br />

Managed, Change, Technical and Financial Services where he has led and managed teams of hundreds<br />

of professional and technical resources.<br />

Andy was one of the first people to discover the plethora of insecure SolarWinds domains post their<br />

massive cyberattack in 2020. It has since been proven that Andy’s hypothesis of the attack that an<br />

insecure subdomain was hijacked and then replaced by a nefarious website, which enabled Domain<br />

Admin Access. This has since become common knowledge and almost folklore. It has subsequently been<br />

accepted as being the initial access and root cause of the digital intrusion and infiltration (Sunburst).<br />

Andy’s research and paper was presented to the United States Senate Intelligence Committee<br />

overseeing the SolarWinds breach in January 2021. Andy’s research and expertise was used to author<br />

his first book, Stuxnet to Sunburst, 20 years of Digital Exploitation along with his second book,<br />

Ransomware and <strong>Cyber</strong>crime, and his latest book out in <strong>February</strong> <strong>2023</strong> on the <strong>Cyber</strong>war in Ukraine<br />

launched by Russia. The book is titled, Digital Blood on Their Hands.<br />
